I have been getting wonderful care with the staff and Dr. Webster. I just had an epidural and feel the best I've felt in ages! I highly recommend them 👍👍😊

Dr. Paul Webster put the SCS stimulator in my spine. I had nothing but issues and and after the medicine pump did not work, and there was nothing else for him to do or suggest to me. He ended up discharging me for no reason whatsoever and his office personnel never answers the phones they’re rude they’re nasty you could never get a hold of them. It’s like they never want to do any work in their office, I definitely do not recommend this pain management doctor

Dr.webster and his staff are the best. They honestly care about you. My favorite is pat she will always make you laugh an smile on your worst day. She always has something good to say. Unable to call a patient after major surgery for over 4 days(over 40 calls), office staff a joke!! Can't figure out how to give messages and call back!! Leaves patient's in excruciating pain!! Bad office!!!

Their billing practices are shady. If they tell you that you are not responsible for a bill, get it in writing . They are so difficult to get any issues resolved if at all. Also make sure you actually see the doctor who is billing. I visited this clinic for 3 years and never actually saw Dr Webster. The office is dirty, the beds are falling apart. I am happy that I left their practice. But now I’m stuck for a bill they said I would never pay. They said don’t worry about it that I would never get a bill or get sent to collections but they will not take care of the balance. I am a very responsible person and have been following up with the office and the lab company for 2 years , which they used and clearly knew my insurance was not in network. I will have to pay the bills and will be opening a case with the Department of Insurance but wanted to make sure that I warn others. Good luck

DO NOT USE THIS DOCTORS OFFICE! ONE STAR IS MORE THEN THEY DESERVE I waited for 5 months for them to accept my doctors referral then when I finally see a doctor and get scripts it has taken over 6 days for them to send to pharmacy and that's after over 80 calls of which ONLY maybe 5 calls were answered. These people never answer the phone and they don't get back to you. They definitely don't care of your in pain or not. I wouldn't even recommend them to my pets

I cannot say much about the doctors but I can say that I have called three times with no answer and have left messages trying to make an appointment since my dr sent me a referral for here to get something done before surgery but not even a call back. Very frustrating when you are working with possible permanent damage the longer you wait.
