Excellent doctor! He did my chiari malformation surgery. He understood my symptoms not like every other doctor who dismissed them. Just passed a year after my surgeries and I am doing well! I can actually look up at the stars now without getting dizzy! I was a terrible, needy, low tolerance for pain patient and he did not make me feel bad like others. THANK YOU AGAIN DR. TORRES! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dr. Roland Torres specializes in board certification for various brain and spine surgeries. He is one of a kind, will definitely recommend him for brain or spine issues. He is with Orlando Neurosurgery and has many options to choose from for clinics.

Dr. Torres did my spinal fusion surgery and left me pain free! He also revised another surgeons fusion at that time and eliminated the numbness I was left with for 6 years!

He does not take the time to actually evaluate you. I went because my orthopedic surgeon needed a neurosurgeon to see my test results and I trusted my doctors to send him my results but he only got the mri and not the emg. He looked at the mri and told me that it looks worse on the right side when everyone single doctor has told me it is worse on my left side. He told me all I need is spinal injections and carpal tunnel surgery. My orthopedic surgeon said according to the emg, I don’t have carpal tunnel and he’s going to run another emg. Roland refused another appointment with me to take a look at my emg. He rushed me out of his office and I went to urgent care right after because I was in so much pain

I can't say enough good things about this neurosurgeon. I had to have the chiari surgery and then a shunt put in 2-3 weeks later. Dr. Torres is very knowledgable about this condition and has an extensive medical background. He didn't put off my symptoms like every other doctor who says its just a headache go see a neurologist. He was very assuring and visited me often while in the hospital. I was a pretty needy patient, do not do well with pain and he was just amazing. I am doing so much better symptom wise after the surgery and can do so many other things I couldn't before, I highly recommend you see Dr. Torres!

Dr Torres did an extensive repair of my spine to include repairing an issue left from a previous surgeon. I feel awesome! Highly recommend this talented physician!

Dr. Torres is a very knowledge Dr that will take care of you as a family member not as a number. He'll never give up on you and he'll take the time to explain your condition and what is the best treatment for you. I do have some complications and he'll really took the time to find out what was. I'm very grateful to find him and his staff is very friendly as well
