List of Shanti Singh's Reviews
Really appreciate the way Dr.Singh helped me with my urgent health problem. Responsibility, Professional approach, respectful attitude.
Love the way she treats her patients!
I have waited several appointments to write this review thinking the first few were just bad days, but it is now clear. Main issues: withholding prescription refills, terrible bedside manner, and the consistent long wait times to see the doc even if you're the first appointment of the day. My husband's experience was similar to other reviews - constant request for new labs before refilling long time prescriptions and withholding those refills until she gets the labs regardless of prescription type (like those to assist blood pressure). I do not take prescription meds, so I have no comment other than seeing his struggle and stress with how the office has handled his meds. Her bedside manner is awful. My initial appointment was to tell her everything I've tried to lose weight and her response was to focus on weight loss surgery even though the very first thing I said was that I wanted to lose naturally and NOT get the surgery. Then she said "no one can help you if you don't want to help yourself." I had literally just told her 8 significant things I've changed about my lifestyle and that was her answer. She could care less about my concerns and showed no empathy to my struggle or acknowledgement of my efforts. 8am appointments are the first of the day and the doc doesn't arrive to the office until 8:30 at the earliest. This has been true on more than 5 occassions. My husband and I have tried afternoon appointments as well with the same results. Zero respect for the patient's time. The office staff is incompetent. Whoever the woman is that Singh has taken your vitals and basic bp and weight/height before she comes in seems like a family friend and not certified in anything...she constantly forgets to take measurements of various items and leaves an incomplete chart. The ladies who pick up the phone are nice but seem miserable, and I would too if I was constantly getting attitude from patients because the doc doesn't care enough to fill prescriptions and is always late. The whole point of becoming a doctor should be to care for patients and have the desire to help them live healthy lives. In my experience, Singh is a facility to collect insurance payouts with zero desire to actually help improve your life. I would STEER CLEAR of this office.
Terrible office management....I had to get a procedure and needed authorization from the doctor for a biopsy. I verified that the paperwork was sent to the imaging office a month before my appointment. I get to an appointment and guess what..no f n paperwork from the doctor. Called to see if they could fax it over, and guess what... it never showed up, and I waited over an hour. I paid for an Uber because I could not drive with the medication they were to give me. The order paperwork never came. I have to reschedule to see if I have cancer for two more months because of Dr. Singh's incapable stupid office. That office is unorganized and unprofessional and needs to be shut down because they don't know how to treat patients with care. I will never set foot in that office again. I filed a complaint against then and hope they are shut down.
I have been going to this location for more than 3 years. It is a sad state of affairs when my doctor is ransoming my health to force an early visit to labs for results despite the fact I need my medication. She is refusing to give me my prescriptions for blood pressure despite it being a daily required medication I have been taking for several years. I would recommend not visiting this location as this has occurred several times and may unduly harm any patient like myself. I am even embarrassed and disappointed to call her my primary physician.
Maybe the doctor is very good but the staff that works there don't care about anything. I went there with a injurie on Friday at 4:25 when they closed at 4:30, they just kicked me out and told me to come back on Monday. They act like employees at a super market.
Love her...she's the best and her staff is absolutely wonderful...
God bless doctor Shanty and all workers. Professional and very good people.
I am writing this on behalf of my mom - Mimi Rys. It is extremely difficult to get a prescription refilled. I spoke with two ppl to get my prescription refill sent to the pharmacy and they stated they would make sure it would get done. It didnt!! Twice, I had to call and now when I'm going to run out of my insulin she has an out of office message that she is out until November 29th? Nobody to call or help with this unless I have an emergency then call 911. This has happened at least 3 times over the last 3 years so I guess shame on me for trusting that a Dr. will send a refill to a pharmacy or that anyone at that office seems to care.
I’ve been a patient for like 4yrs and just recently I had some medical issues and Brianna from the front desk went above and beyond to assist me with some paper work for my employer. Her willingness to assist with the process was beyond excellent!! There’s nothing better than that especially when your dealing with health issues. Thanks Brianna!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
