Sharon Arnaud Stokes's Online Review Report Card

They had to reschedule my appointment due to COVID. I have been a patient for some time. I love my Dr but today I was treated very poorly. The staff was so rude and unprofessional. Left my on hold for 10 minutes. Put someone else on to finish assisting me. The other push who is the manager is so rude pushing a virtual appointment on me which I didn’t want. Talking over me and yelling. She meantime’s she wasn’t telling due to her wearing 2 mask and a shield yet she was absolutely rude. I told her I would go find another dr since they are rude and she is the manager. I got no where she said ok thank you.

Really good service. My mom doesnt speak english and they’ve taken good care of her. She went for a screening and they did notice something else that concerned them and requested some lab work. Nicole just called and was super friendly .Thank you!

Very professional staff and doctor did an awesome job.

Mark and Patricia make a phenomenal team. They are extremely knowledgeable and a joy to talk with. They are both very thorough and performed their procedures skillfully and with great precision. Patricia gave me three shots to numb the areas of concern and in all my years I have never been to a doctor's office where I have never felt the shot(s). Way to go Patricia. You deserve a raise.

Both Dr. Stokes and her physician assistant, Betty are amazing. They take their time and always answer any questions I may have. The exams are always so thorough. The entire office staff is so kind and caring. The best care anyone could ask for. So thankful to everyone that works there. I have been a patient for ten years.

I came on the time they ask to fill out an application online, I don’t know why they didn’t sent that a week before ? Wasting of time and not professional.

Dr. Sharon A. Stokes, her medical assistant Valerie Jimenez, and Physician assistant Beatrice Bencosme are fantastic people and very knowledgeable! They are very caring about my needs and go above and beyond to address all the concerns and questions I have about my skin concerns. They take the time to listen and make sure all your needs are addressed. I would highly recommend Dr Stokes and her team to anyone! Dr. Stokes really cares about her patients, and medical assistant Valerie is very attentive to detail and organizes and writes all the information I need to make sure I didn't miss anything that I need to know. Beatrice, PA was also very caring and informative of what I needed to do for myself, and she made sure that I did not have any other questions and concerns. I will definitely stay with her team!

I have been to Dr. Stokes a couple of times and although she seems like a smart doctor she lacks in compassion. During all my appointments I felt very rushed and she seems to always be in a hurry leaving no time to ask questions. The manner she comes into the room comes off as rude does not even Say “hello” or ask “how are you”. These are simple etiquettes a doctor should follow. I’m sure she’s very knowledgeable but showing compassion and empathy towards your patients is just as important and they are traits that Dr. Stokes does not have. Overall the staff was friendly and very organized. The office is very nice and clean.

I’ve been a patient since the office was located on West Carroll with Sharon Stokes. MD. But, most of all Mark Winstead, PA-C and Betty Ramos, PA-C they are the best at what they do. Thank you for making me smile each time I visit. I have to tell you how impressed I am with the current staff they are so friendly! Kudos 🙌🏾

Very bad office. I went there twice to fill out the paper work and LabCorp did not accepted. If they don't know fill out the paper work I can imagine if they know my problem. I don't think this office is supposed be at Cigna PPO.
