I visited on the 10/24/2021 due to a kidney stone (my first one ever). The ER was very clean and organized, the staff was amazing and super caring. They ensured I felt much better and that I had everything I needed. There was a gentleman from the CT's a tall black gentleman (I believe his name started with a T) that was extremely caring and reassuring as I was a bit nervous of the machine. The nurses that attended to me during my visit were also really nice and caring, they explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand and they made sure that I was getting better.
Amazing experience here. Had to take my daughter to the emergency room after trying an after hours pediatrics place because she had a horrible cough. The pediatrics place literally did nothing. So we came here and had an amazing experience. The doctor listened to my concerns and took her time with us in the room and explained everything. Hoping not to have to go back to an ER but if I do it will be this one. Thank you hospital staff for all you do
Excellent services.Took care of all the test needed for me in less than 2hrs.Thank you Dr.Simmonds and staff.
Cannot speak highly enough of the level of care I received here! The doctors, nurses and even the front end staff were exceptional! The labs were done within 15 minutes it seemed! If you are anywhere in the area, I would definitely go to this facility!Probably my best emergent care experience ever. Thanks to the Doctor, Nurse, Lab Tech and front end for an awesome experience.Cecil Stone
I went in with my face swollen due to an infection. It was probably the fastest service in a hospital i’ve ever been. The physician assistant went above and beyond with his service. I was in so much pain and he explained me very nicely everything he was about to do, that way i feel comfortable ( I wish i could remember his name ), nurses were also very nice. I would definitely go back again if i ever need to. This is my second time going to Orlando Health ( first one was with covid ) and the service is immaculate.
Best experience ever. After 3 hours waiting in NEMOURS hospital 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. I decided to go somewhere else because they didn't give me time to take care of my son, who was very ill, almost unable to breathe. I decided to go to Orlando Healht hospital and they happened to examine us as soon as I finished checking inn, my experience with Orlando Health Hospital was excellent and fast, I highly recommend the doctors and nurses are very kind and fast..
The service was immediate. I didn’t wait to be seen. The staff was pleasant and attentive to my needs. Thank you.
The worst hospital, please go somewhere else. Before go there look at there reviews.
The security, the front desk and the nurses are amazing. The Doctor I’m gave me a very poor care.I went to the ER with health concerns and obvious symptoms. The Doctor ordered an injection and sent me back home right after with a prescription. She didn’t wait to see if the medication worked on my. I went back home hoping to feel better and nothing happened. It’s very frustrating go to the ER at 5am desperate and looking for the right care and just waste my time and money of course.I’m very disappointed.
2 hours wait with only 6 ppl here. Staff/triage is impersonal, uncaring.Amended: Actually it's just a people checking you in/triage, once I got inside I got an amazing doctor and amazing PA.Answered all my questions to the detail so was very happy with that.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
