Back for for another review lady lake location this place is awful last couple times I came in the doctor slawich I’m not sure if that is the correct spelling but like I said I come here to get better and the last couple time this doctor at the same exact time has “Emergency “ then I get told sorry can’t see the doctor what’s the point of me even coming if I can’t see the doctor hands down would not go to this place I make my appointment 545-6 some day I would like to get better and me attending this place hasn’t improved one bit

As a doc, this is the most disgraceful practice I have ever worked for. The CEO is a greedy POS, I assure you. You will be a number to them. That’s how places like this work. They only care about your money, never about you. If you need real care, this place should never be your choice because they only look for employees that they can work like puppets or will drink their kool aid. They literally hired and fired 6 staff in the 3 months I was there. I’m sorry but that’s sensational. Huge red flags here! Please be smart!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- BEWARE! I was referred to Sterling for cortisone shots in my back for pain caused from a minor car accident. To make a really long story short, after I received 2 cortisone shots in my shoulder/upper back area, I was admitted to the hospital within hours for a collapsed lung. The doctor had punctured my lung!!!!!! It took 9 days in the hospital before I was discharged. This was a seriously traumatic experience and I would NEVER recommend this doctor. Oh, and to add to it, Sterling still expected me to pay every dollar for the services. Thanks for putting me in the hospital (an additional $50k bill) and still insisting I pay you. I wish I could rate negative stars because this review doesn't even deserve the 1 star. Please do yourself a favor and FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!!!!!

Had my procedure with Dr. Hobbs! I can walk perfectly within 1 day!!!😭 due to his recommendation of burning my nerves in my back instead of a back surgery. I've suffered due to my accident and after so many treatments Dr. Hobbs realize that this would be the best procedure. I'm so grateful to him and staff. If you have any accident, have your Attorney send you to Sterling Medical!! 🙏 you gave me hope!! got my groove back🥰🥰🥰

Sterling medical was there when my family and I needed them most. They were very caring and supportive. They were amazing!!!!! Thank you to Dr. Ruiz and his assistant! Dr. Hobbs was also very good as well for pain management unfortunatly we had to do surgury! I have been gling to them for almost a year. Yesterday was my final appointment and it was sad to see the people that helped us through such a tough time for the last time! Your staff is amazing! Thank you so much!!!!!

This post deserves "Zero Stars!" I was told I had an appointment with a Dr., but it turned out to be the P.A. Mario Heredia, whom is extremely rude. I am so happy that I am not a person that believes everything I'm told by a P.A. or Dr. I look for second opinions when the first ones sound sketchy. I didn't come here by choice I was referred. Mr. Heredia was very rude and unprofessional, my only two options with him were surgery/injections, I strongly believe that's a call a Dr. has to make not a P.A. Mr. Heredia told me that I had a lot going on in my neck and he couldn't see everything in the MRI disk I brought him, he then said I would need an MRI with contrast to which I said "ok that sounds great that way I'll get to know what's going on in my neck as well," Mr. Hereria then said are you going to choose surgery? I said "no, I'm not choosing anything right now." Mr. Hereria then said "well don't waste my time, you won't need the MRI if you're not having the surgery." He then said I'll give you an appointment for four weeks from now to which I asked "will I have different options then?" Mr. Hereria said "no, forget it you can come as needed!"No problem I won't be going back there. I've already went somewhere else where I have several options and they're not even mentioning surgery, and the injections are only if I choose them.Thank you for nothing.

The doctors and staff are wonderful. They tell me they don’t take medical insurance though and that sucks because my PIP coverage is maxing out and I’m still having issues.

Dr.Rigueras was an amazing doctor , he explain me all the procedure before he was gonna perfomed, and staff very friendly , Lizbeth , Jose i mean everyone , they good care of the patient!!

Awesome place! The staff was friendly. The doctors were humorous. What I loved most about my experience here was the explanation of procedures and the care here. I would recommend this location.
