I primarily use this Doctor to get my prescriptions refilled I guess the Doctor is Ok. His staff is incompetent, and have a bad attitude as well. I went in mid March to get my prescriptions refilled. It is now mid June,still no prescriptions.

It's too bad that our awful experience was more with Dr Ahmed's staff than himself. His staff informed us they were waiting on approval from our insurance carrier for a procedure my husband needed for chronic pain. After 7 days of calling Dr. Ahmed's office & waiting for insurance approval, his staff finally informed us they had terminated their contract with that insurance 8 days prior to me calling & making the referral request. Also, it has been 14 days since my new PCP requested medical records from Dr. Ahmed's office...we're still waiting, and no one is answering the phone and there's no answering machine/service. Poor service. Will not recommend.

We received professional service from Dr. Ahmed because he handles hospital care for our PCP, Chappel Family Medicine. He is quite congenial and seems to care about his patients.
