So far 1st visit I waited 1 hour and half to be seen I felt rushed and felt like the doctor was not listening to me at all

More than 1 hr and 45 mins in office, time spend with doctor less than 5 min. I had to repeat symtomps to 4 people before reaching doctor. Billing department initial estimate of copayment $30, later received bill for $170, doctor wasn't the right tier for the insurance. Website to pay the bill sucks, I had to call in to pay. Great front desk customer service.

Customer service is excellent beginning at the first call , I spoke with Patricia, to schedule. The team member at the front door at the first visit, check in staff Nora , and the rest of the team, including the provider and surgery scheduler.Dr.Lateef took time to explain the procedure and helped make my first visit pleasant.
