I had an excellent experience at this location everyone was pleasant and very talkative and no one had an attitude I recommend this location.
The wait was awful to be seen in the ER. Came in at 2am was the second person in the lobby. I wasn’t called back until 5:30 am and wasn’t seen until 6:30am and wasn’t discharged until 8:31 am. While the Nurse and Doctor were both nice people, the wait time was no bueno.
I'm giving 3 stars because, The girls at the enterence desk needs a better education on how to talk to people. Show some empathy and Instead of asking too many questions, get to know the name of the patient first and then guide them. I noticed a father with 2 little girls had been waiting outside for an hour before 9am. When it was time to check in after 9, they denied him because they were 3 people and he had to leave. That's very sad and poor service. And not only that, the Hospital charge you arm and leg and can't let you sit in the building before 9am. I understand there are rules but the sitting area is empty, have common decency and let people sit inside. Covid isnt going away anytime soon. Beautiful building but what a waste of all that money spent if you can't sit inside and have to stand and wait outside. Very disappointed.
Great hospital. Very nice staff.
$400 bill just to look at a bug bite !
Went to the ER because of my wife had abdominal pain severely took almost 4 hours just for results for blood worksAnd it was not packed!
Super long wait and after all the long wait my pain already gone away I had ask the nurse how much longer they told me is going to be awhile I told her why it’s the people come after me they already get in and treat it her words are we take in more serious people first hello if I was not in so much pain with my ulcer I wouldn’t even come
This was my first time time in this hospital, In the Emergency didn’t wait much, they admitted me and sent me to a room I was a little scared. I would like to Thank Joaquin and Carmen for taking good care of me they make a great team you can tell that the love there Job... I can leave out from the second shift Luis my night buddy...I had excellent service..... Can’t leave out the Amazing Doctor....Dr. Acevedo
You call this a Hospital i came in with my father today, ER i thought it meant emergency response there was no response my father came in with terrible lower back pain down to his leg and no one even to give pain medication even tho he couldn’t freaking stand and then they have the audacity to ask for a urine sample even seeing he cant stand i thought this place was professional but its a joke of a hospital no come here you’d probably die first then get attended by a nurse or a doctor, they are lucky i didn't start freaking yelling seeing my dad in that much in pain seeing everyone just talking to each other laughing made me so angry
Took my daughter to the ER last night. The ER nurse was rude and very judgmental of the reason she was there. Very unprofessional. I would rather travel further to another hospital than go back there again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
