This office does not pick up calls or call you back till after 4pm which can be really frustrating when trying to get something done this is by far the worst I will be switch doctor's this office is very unprotected.

Dr. Raghavan has cared for my girls since they were newborns. There is no one that I trust more. She is kind, caring and we feel like she is a part of our family. Although we moved to East Orlando, we especially make the drive to Kissimmee to go see her. She is simply the best!

If you want an honest review from a parent... then continue reading: This practice is ridiculous. I have been taking my daughter here since she was born in 2017 and my son since 2014. Every single office visit whether scheduled, annual physical, sick visit, well visit... it doesn't matter. You WILL WAIT AN HOUR to see the doctor. The location is in a very dark/musty office building. It's dirty, not kept and every member of the staff seems miserable. After all the issues I have with this place.... I don't know why I continued to stay. The front office staff will literally make eye contact with you standing at the desk and continue staring at their screen and not even ACKNOWLEDGE you. Also, if they see your last name is Spanish by default they start babbling off in Spanish and when I told them I do NOT speak Spanish - the receptionist had the nerve to suck her teeth at me like it was an inconvenience! Finally, in June of this year my daughter who is only 22 months old had a horrible rash that wasn't going away. They left my daughter and I in the waiting room for over an hour when we had a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. After getting called back to the "exam room" we waited ANOTHER 45 minutes. My husband finally lost it. When he questioned the nursing staff where the doctor was, why the wait was WAY too long and how she would feel if she had a rash on her private area and was left for HOURS... the staff member said "What do you want me to do? I did MY part, the doctor knows you're here." I COULDNT BELIEVE what she said. The doctor/staff turn around rate is SO high there... There is only ONE medical assistant after ALL these years that I recommend and I cannot for the life of me remember her name. She bounces between Poinciana and Kissimmee (possibly from NY because of her accent) and she's SO nice. She knows the office is a sh*t show but she is still there because I feel she genuinely loves kids. That is the ONLY "good" person I've encountered in FIVE YEARS going here. My kids will NOT be returning. I called a much CLEANIER, structured and efficient Pediatrician in Kissimmee where i've established my kids. This new office also told me that my daughter was "up to date" on shots and doesn't know why Central FL Pediatrics were going to vaccinate her with "more" shots at 2. She doesn't need shots until she's 4. I will never recommend this place. It's disgusting and so are it's staff members.

She is part of my family. We have been doing life together for 14 years and two children. You life as a parent will be enriched if you choose her as a Pediatrician.

She was the best to motivate the new or first time mother. I questioned her so much. But she answered everything with patience. Love her caring towards the babies.

Very Rude. Very inconsiderate. Everyone at celebration hospital was wonderful then this doctor came along. No one deserves to be treated the way this person treated us. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE.

My husband and I love Dr. Raghavan. She does not prescribe meds unless required. She patiently answers all our questions (we are first time parents so we have LOTS of questions everytime!)We have moved miles away and still travel 45 mnts so that our daughter can be seen by her. No other doctor at the practice has impressed us so much as Dr. Raghavan. We always leave the clinic feeling reassured and happy.
