I had the same experience with this doctor as the person in the first review; went in after suffering severe back pain for weeks after a fall. She trivialized the injury and fought me about an MRI, yet somehow thought that getting my teeth cleaned and an eye exam was of paramount importance. Used the words "follow my orders" numerous times during the visit. She demanded that I start walking immediately as a weight loss exercise - hello, back injury, severe pain.

I went in for neck pain and she just treated me as though she did not believe that my pain was real. I requested an MRI and she gave me the runaround. She is frankly out dated! I switched PCP and he ordered an MRI THE VERY SAME DAY! Turns out that they found several masses on my neck that the CT did not pick up. I just finished radiation therapy with Dr. Terrel Johnson, Oncology. I'm a former thyroid cancer patient and she dismissed that fact entirely.

I was sick with the flu/cold for over 6 weeks. I was seen by another doctor who prescribed medicine but still could not get over this illness. I decided to go to Dr. Santana who prescribed a better antibiotic for my situation and within days I was feeling better and now finally feel well. Thank you!
