Yekatherine Rasmussen's Online Review Report Card

I have called many times spoke to many of the personal at the office for Dr rasmussen and no outcome. Last one was before yesterday with a Melissa that said she will call me back no call back or message. The unprofessional behavior in this place is beyond frustrating to any person specially if this person are going thru a health issue. This is the worst service anyone could receive. I’ve being trying to fix the wrong doing and wrong billing code that this office input for over 5 months. I was offer a Pap smear at this office when you don’t know how to distinguish a confidential patient doctor visit and submit information to my insurance wrongly and ignoring my concerned of a patient it’s concerning. I’m being ignored for over 5 month and no solution. This office doesn’t care for there patients proof to me by staff and doctor.

Interesting… no recent reviews? The Dr is phenomenal and truly cares about her patients. She takes her time, listens and makes you feel as her top priority. The staff is great! I am surprised to read some of the “ugly” reviews, would advice to go visit, they are amazing! I am blessed to have her. Thank you Dr Rasmussen for all you do!

Dr. Rasmussen is wonderful and very knowledgeable, the administration of that office is HORRIBLE! Unprofessional, unethical and disorganized. Total Disappointment.

The doctor herself is amazing she’s a pleasure to work with unfortunately I was seen by a Doctor that no longer works there. The Doctor sent me out to get lab work done. I went to Labcor and got it done a few weeks later I receive a bill from Labcor for over $1000 I immediately contacted my health care provider and the stated the doctor provide the wrong lab codes. They stated contact your doctors office they could correct this on there end. I immediately contacted the doctors office they stated the office manager will get back to you, I’ve been visiting the office numerous times over the last three weeks on top of that I’ve made dozens of phone calls to the office no one has gotten back to me. Now I’m at risk of Labcor reporting me to the credit bureau I will continue to visit the office and also contacting the hopefully someone has the decency to call me back.

Amazing physician, great bedside manners. Takes her time.

I had my first visit with her and was 100% satisfied. Unlike most doctors, She listens patiently and takes a lot of interest and time to understand the symptoms.

I finally found a really good doctor. Dr Rasmussen listens, is thorough, caring, and knowledgeable. I like the office and staff quite a bit too.

Dr. Rasmussen and her staff are very professional and at the same time they give service emphatically. It is not easy to find an excellent doctor that at the same time makes you feel that they care for your complete well-being.
