Find another doctor. Dr Thomas only does telehealth visits (not fully explained when making appointment). Comes across as condescending and don’t even try to ask a question during your call. When ordering X-rays, she put down Lake Medical Imaging and insisted you go to MIT (not convenient).

Dr Thomas is a fine doc she can come off brisk but is extremely knowledgeable and qualified,she can also be very caring,those worried about waiting a bit need to grow up

Dr. Claudia Thomas kept me waiting for 1 1/2 hours to see her. Then she did an examination and scolded me for interrupting her with a question. When I asked for costs of surgery, she had to refer me to another orthopedic surgeon since she does NO surgery. Her bedside manner needs much improvement. I highly recommend going to an orthopedic surgeon who is actually going to perform the surgery and is familiar with surgery costs, rehab, etc.....

She is an excellent physician. She is caring and she takes time to console her patient. She exams with complete detail.

Dr Thomas was very thorough, and spent a great deal of time with me. She asked many questions . This is a rare thing with doctors today .

Don't even think about getting an appointment with her, as if waiting a long time for an appointment and waiting over an hour in the lobby has any bearing on her skills. Doesn't listen to patient because she's too impressed with herself. Extremely obnoxious for a doctor with so few skills, least of all people skills.

Refused to let me talk or ask questions, told me she would ask the questions and make her diagnosis from my answers. She's even rude and blunt to her staff. I waited for almost 2 hours in to be condescended to by her arrogant self-appointed Goddess attitude. Because she disregarded my extensive entry paperwork and would not even let me show her where the pain was, she was unable to make a diagnosis with total certainty. Never will subject myself to this again.

The woman is self-absorbed and extremely rude. 95% of the time I was in the office with her she bashed men and blamed men for women's problems because a man invented the bra. Promoted a book that she said she is writing to expose it all and after she gave me a shot in my arm I told her how it did not hurt she looked up at me and smirked and said yes" but I know how to give a shot where it's very painful for a very long time". I got the weirdest feeling the hair on the back of my neck stood up. The shot was placed in my shoulder because of some tears...I literally could not even raise my arm to wipe my nose for 5 days...I called the office no one ever responded. I never got a phone call back. Oh and do not absolutely do not wear in any kind of fragrance whether it be fabric softener on your clothes or a perfumed body wash because she will rip you up one side and down the other. The woman has some SERIOUS deep seated problems.

Dr. Claudia Thomas does not desire that credential! She was rude, degrading and absolutely lacking of compassion! She is medically knowledgeable but having the privilege of providing medical care also includes compassion and patience. I will never return and am seriously considering contacting the medical board!!!! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!!!!

This doctor is the "doctor's" doctor. She is awesome. The best exam I have ever had. Meticulous, thorough, kind, direct, and an astute clinician. We are fortunate to have her in Lake Co.
