Excellent. Doctor and staff. From the front desk check in all the way through the visit. Nikki on the televisit followup is excellent. I have now had 2 epidural procedures here and have had a pleasant experience both times. Very personable office and staff. Very professional procedure.

Dr. Payman took great care of me when I needed spinal evaluation and care. Dr. Payman explains everything thoroughly and I am very satisfied with the care he has provided for me. I would highly recommend him.

He is a wonderful Dr for pain injections. Had done out patient in his surgery center and worked fantastic for my low back. Been several years and will look into doing again soon. Lasted longer than any ever had.

Don’t expect a call in a timely fashion. Dr seems to have an issue returning calls, even in emergency situations. Unacceptable!

Dr. Payman is always friendly and understanding with all your pain needs. His PA, Sarah is also very understanding. Both take time and listen to what you have to say. The staff is outstanding always going out of their way to help you. Love them.

I had an appointment and as I entered the building I noticed that no one was checking temps. To make matters worse no one in Dr. Payman’s office was wearing a face mask. The Dr. wasn’t there. I wonder if that would have made a difference . I asked them why no mask and was told that they were uncomfortable. All the employees in the other offices in the same building had mask on. I have to follow up after X-ray and I am very concerned about their disregard for my health. I have heart and lung problems!

I’ve gone to dr. Payman for 3 years on a monthly basis. He’s compassionate and his knowledge is great. He runs his schedule right on time. He explains things well. I highly recommend him.
