I had a very bad experience Dr. Madonna, my appointment was for 10 AM, he did not see me until 11 AM, his attitude is that you can wait but have no right to complain, because one patient took a little longer or more time, 1 hour longer or more time, that's a little much, because he was overbooked . Stating to him that the time of a patient is as important than his time ???? I can take anything but waving his finger in my face took all of my restraint not to do something stupid. I am well educated, all of my other DR. like me because I am very courteous, appreciated their know how, experience and their bedside manners, but your Dr. Madonna has to learn that. He came into the examining room already mad, aggravated, because I told the nurse that I am upset. A much younger and very arrogant young Dr. telling me, a person who normally shows respect for a professional person. Maybe I had a reason, but Dr.Madonna behaved like a MADONNA

I had an emergency nose bleed late at night, went to the villages hospital and they transferred me to the Leesburg hospital to pack my nose. The doctor at that time on call was dr modonna who seemed unhappy to be called at that time of night!. A week later I was scheduled to see modonna to remove all the packing, he just pulled the packing out so painfully harshly I asked him if he was trying to make my nose bleed again? His comment, "Well, I don't know what you expect from me?" and walked out

Dr Madonna did a rhinoplasty for me and I'm very happy with it. He told me I'd be a good candidate for a laser resurfacing, but when I went back for it he said it wouldn't work for me because of my skin tone & should come monthly for skin treatments. I had him do Restylane injections in lower lip folds for $600. Looked great for one week, and disappeared completely. Went back and he just shrugged and said it happens, basically his attitude was too bad -so sad. Won't go back.

I had surgery to lift my eyelids after I failed a visual field test. Afterward, I was amazed to find that I had no pain and hardly any bruising, although of course my eyes were swollen. I used ice on them but did not have to take any pain meds. After two days I stopped wearing my sunglasses and nobody noticed! After nine days the swelling is nearly gone and the stitches have dissolved. I've spoken to friends who have had this done and they had rainbow faces for weeks! Thank you, Dr. Madonna!

DR Madonna was prompt and courteous. He understood my problem and took the proper diagnostic steps to identifiy the problem and then began the course of treatment. I am totally satisfied and would recommend Dr Madonna for any ENT or facial plastic surgery needs.
