Wonderful doctor, very caring. Everyone in the office is friendly and efficient. Cannot say enough good things about him and the office.
One visit he says one thing, next visit he denies what he said, sends you to countless specialists. He becomes belligerent if you ask questions. Looking for a new pcp.
THE BEST DOCTOR YOU CAN FIND!!!!! My entire family sees him he goes above and beyond for his patients! Great bedside manners! Excellent knowledge!!! And as a fellow doctor myself I can say he has all the qualities in a doctor! You won’t be disappointed
My most recent visit and sure to be my last visit with this physician, made me leave in complete disgust. After he wasted the start of my appointment time complaining about my nail color and not addressing my recent fall in which I injured my knee he became irate at the end when I asked for a simple note. He then berated me in the inner lobby shouting about the need for me to be prepared at the start of the appointment. There were numerous issues throughout the 3 years I went to this office, but enough is enough. Shame on me for not finding a quality physician years ago. Please heed this review and take your time finding quality healthcare elsewhere.

Women of a certain age should avoid this practice/doctor at all costs. He is a bully and abusive. He and his staff demanded a co-pay which my union told me I didn't have to pay. I did ask questions and he came out and got in my face screaming!!! And he told me to leave!! There is NO excuse for a male doctor to get in the face of an elderly female patient and scream at her! He is unprofessional and disrespectful. He should not be practicing medicine.
Will only discuss one issue at a time will not go over another issue need to make an appt for each issue
Dr. Paiano literally saved my life. During a normal check up he spotted that my right ankle was swollen. He sent me immediately for an ultra sound and I have 100% blockage in my right thigh down to my ankle. He conferred with the ultra sound doctor and had me come directly to his office. He put me on eliquis meds and after 45 days the clot was gone. If it weren't for him the clot would have broken off and caused a stroke. Thanks Doctor Paiano.
Disappointed. Mother has been with this Dr for 15 years. He was good for wellness visits, but now that issues are popping up he won't see her. She was in a motor vehicle accident. ER recommended follow up in 3 days. He has refused to see her. Be aware. He seems to only do the easy stuff but will turn his back when you actually need a Dr.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
