Awesome DR.. Very attentive to your needs. Explains the necessary procedures. Checks on you after surgery. Very knowledgeable and kind. I was able to get an appointment fast and with in days my procedure was performed.

Nov, 2015 - The inability to be seen by the Doctor at this office is is huge problem if they were the specialist you are referred to by a w.c carrier. Over three weeks ago my daughter amputated part of her thumb off at work. The emergency room doctor immediately referred her to a hand specialist. Waiting for the call with a doctors name she was seen by a doctor at her primary's office (also an emergency walk in facility). They were very concerned that she had not been seen immediately by the specialist. My daughter explained that she had not heard from them yet. The doctors staff called to see what the problem was with getting the appointment as a week had passed. This call was placed in front of myself and my daughter. The young woman received a hostile person on the line whom barked at her that an appointment was scheduled, albeit still two weeks out. She asked when they were going to notify their patient and the angry person stated, "It was not their responsibility." One item I haven't mentioned yet - My daughter is profoundly deaf. She needs her hands and fingers for communication. 11/16 Two weeks later.... message received four hours before today's appointment, cancelling appointment with no reschedule date. Absolutely shameful. To the unkind female that answers the phone - please be advised when you receive a call through the Florida Relay or a Video Relay call, everything about that call is monitored and recorded and passed along to the individual that called you. Every single mannerism, tsk, sigh and or attitude is reported to the person on the other end of that call. You may really want to think about that long and hard before berating other patients.

Never got to see the doctor (had a hospital referral too) because the reception staff so sorely lacked phone etiquette and interpersonal skills they didn't let me speak, talked over me, refused to schedule me, then didn't call me as they'd explained was procedure, then actually hung up in my face....not good...if that's how you're treated on the phone, why bother to go to the office...
