Jane Z. Cai's Online Review Report Card

My husband and I have known Dr. Cai since 2005. The care we have received from her has been exemplary. She is knowledgeable and well-informed on current medical practices and medications. We found her to be concerned with us as individuals and with our personal concerns, taking time to discuss those concerns and if necessary, referring us to specialists. Solutions to medical problems are discussed, questions fully answered, and decisions made with our input.In addition, the entire staff has treated us with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. They are friendly and proficient.Although we have moved from the area, we continue to travel over an hour to see Dr. Cai, because we cannot imagine finding a better medical situation for us. We are not only delighted to have her as our doctor, but we also look at Dr. Jane Cai as a friend.

Excellent care! Dr. Cai always spends time with us and is extremely thorough. She is so available and responsive to our calls. We have never had a problem getting an appointment, even during this horrible pandemic. She takes the time to answer our questions! The office staff is pleasant and helpful. Priscilla Otero is especially proficient and helpful in getting our tests scheduled, meds refilled, and answering concerns. We love this practice!

Dr Cai is a very smart and caring physician. She does not rush you through office visits and addresses the patient needs thoroughly. She is kind and a good listener. She has also tended to us on short notice in pressing situations. My 90 year old mother and husband are also patients of Dr Cai’s. We are all very pleased with the care we get from Dr Cai.

Dr Cai is always there when you need her

Dr Cai and staff are amazing. Very attentive to patient’s. You never feel rushed in the office, on the phone or call. My only concern is the rising cost of this service. As senior citizens we are all on a tight budget and with the rise in Medicare costs and supplemental plans this has become a luxury many struggle to afford. MDVIP needs to te consider we don’t all live in Boca Raton.

So far my experience with Dr. Cai has been exceptional. She is through, knowledgeable, friendly and very professional.

It is wonderful that Dr. Cai is willing to work with a health neurotic like me. For 54 years, I studied nutrition and healthy living on my own, and Dr. Cai and I have many interesting conversations about my health while she is more than tolerant of my attempts at self-care and healing. I am so grateful to find someone who isn't just a chart reader.

Dr. Cai is incredible amazing. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is a wonderful person to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touch and care for her patient. As a person with outstanding quality of medical care, I highly recommend becoming her.

We did not join MDVIP at first thinking it was not worth it. After signing up with another doctor, we were not happy with the situation at all . Dr. Cai does so much more than any doctor we have met in this area. We finally return to her and are very happy we did. Also her staff reflect her , they are pleasant, efficient, and prompt with getting back to you. Relieving you of a lot of anxiety when you need test result, appointments with other doctors, etc. We are glad to be back!

Dr. Cai is very wise, intelligent and takes great care of us.
