Jason Deluca's Online Review Report Card

Dr DeLuca and many of his office staff are great. The problem is you can't reach them when you need to. I've been seeing him or someone in his office monthly for 3 years and I had a horrible flare up of sciatica after knee replacement. I tried calling the office to initiate the epidural that was planned prior to my surgery and you get a call back from Pakistan. I physically went to the office to ask about the injection and the office manager asked of id ever been seen by the doctor...36 appointments later they don't recognize you? They took my picture! It comes up when they input your name! If employers can't find people to flip hamburgers you can imagine how difficult to find an employee to manage a pain clinic that has a CLUE! Regrards

Takes care of his patients and listens to whatever you have to say. He wants to know what is wrong with you and he goes from there.

New patients...don't waste your time. Only takes fax referrals and my Dr. Has sent FOUR. No response. Can't call his office directly. His number is for the National Pain Institute that handles a massive amount of other Dr. Offices so you can imagine how HORRIBLE customer service is. You LITERALLY can't call your dr..It goes through a national number.

Dr. DeLuca is very thorough, patient and understanding. My husband and I have been his patient for a number of years and we definitely recommend him. They have outgrown there clinical side of the office, but don’t let that deter you from going there. He is very good .

Very professional office however.....

I think Dr Deluca is a wonderful doctor, but here is my most recent experience with that office. I saw his NP for a consultation on Dec 20th. She wanted to speak with him about my plan of care and said she would call me with that plan. She did call me and unfortunately I missed the call. I attempted to call back, but this is when the trouble began. Call back to that office is not possible! You can only reach The National Pain Institute. I left a message. One more call back from the NP when I was in the shower and that was the end of all responses from this office. I have called back 10-15 times in 29 days, pleading for a call back, sleeping with my cell phone, taking it in the shower with me, trying to survive increasingly severe back pain while the National Pain Institute apologized for the “inconvenience” and assured me each time I called that I would get a call back that day! I am an established patient of Dr Deluca’s, have seen him many times. I believe he could help me, but I can not reach him or his NP to find out the plan and schedule treatment! 29 days wasted for nothing! I GIVE UP!

Very thorough, listens well, good patient interaction. Understands chronic pain. Staff is very good and accommodates those with disabilities. Excellent.

My main reason for my consultation with Dr. DeLuca was due to a fall injuring my lower back causing severe pain and inflaming radiating pain down my right leg to the inside of my ankle. He explained his goal was to help me retain an almost normal pain free lifestyle with the method of treatments needed due to the damage to my lower back. I was quite satisfied with the time he spent and he answered all my questions. After the first series of injections over 3 months and follow up visits with Anesia. ARNP to review my improvement, I was only 70% pain free, and needed to address other treatments. Since surgery wasn't an option for me, I chose to receive treatments to alleviate the pain for 6+ months. Even though the process was slow and I knew I would never be 100 % better, I am happy to say, I am now 95% pain free from my lower back and relieved of the radiating leg pain. Patience and faith in God almighty has helped me to find a great doctor. Many Thanks to Dr. DeLuca and to his amazing professional staff.

Staff is always been friendly. And helpful. And dr. DeLucaas always answered all of my questions addressed all of my concerns. No complaints
