Dr. Im was exceptionally personable, knowledgeable, and I would go there in a heartbeat for any emergency. He and his staff solved my problem reliably and efficiently when I really needed help.

I was impressed by the efficiency of check in staff. Jorel, the screening Nurse was very good in manner and clinical methodology. Dr. Im explained his diagnosis very clearly and succinctly. I felt very confident that he was on point with my issue. The results have proven his medical diagnosis was correct. Throughout the process, I felt a sincere concern for my health.

I was fortunate to have found Exceptional Urgent Care and Dr.John. Needing a COVID test I was grateful that they had the rapid and also the one they send away. I was diagnosed with COVID and even tho I had the vaccine I got very ill. I believe that Dr. John and his wonderful kind staff saved my life. He began treatment immediately. This is no ordinary Urgent Care....you are treated as a child of God inspired by the scripture and spiritual music that greets you in their lobby. I've seen Dr Im a number of times over the years and have gotten treatment and advice that is spot on. Most recently he helped me with a broken finger and tenosynovitis. The medication he has prescribed has done a great job and he explained how to take Celebrex so that it is much more effective. My primary physician told me to take take it in the evening but taking it in the morning is so much better. Thank you, Dr Im!

His treatment was excellent and he helped me get the Celebrex that I take to be way more effective. I went to see him for what I thought was a kidney infection. He told me I was constipated, don’t know how he came to that conclusion. You can tell when you are. I did have a large tumor that needed to be removed.

Great experience in every way. Staff is Awesome: friendly, knowledgeable, easy to schedule - just plain nice! Dr Im is a high skilled ER qualified physician. He treated my injury with surgery center precision. I highly recommended Exceptional Urgent Care.
