List of Juan Yordan's Reviews
He is very smart and friendly .He listens and explain whatever is the issue. His very thorough with his assessments.
Listens and explains. Easy to talk to. Have not had an emergency YET!
Over two years I had many difficulties with office staff performing basic duties either incompetently or rudely. Had problems with both Dr. Yordan and the PA with basic medical issues. Would not listen to me. He made a dangerous medical prescription error with me. Unfriendly rude rushed unprofessional
I am very satisfied with the care I have gotten from Dr Yordan. He really takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains things in an easy to understand way. Very compassionate and caring doctor. Also, the Office Staff is very friendly.
terrible front office/reception people. won't go back. not helpful at all. could not even get in to see doctor per my appointment because he was overbooked or something like that. will never go back!
I've seen Dr Yordan for about 20 years now. Very friendly and professional and actually cares about you, not just treating your symptoms.
He is a very caring Dr., listens, does not rush his patients, makes suggestions - my husband and I are very glad he was referred to us.
very rude and uncaring. poorly run front office. would never go to this doctor or recommend him.
terrible front office interaction even before seeing the doctor. refused to see me, my first ever appointment, because i did not bring in the paperwork....they never sent it to me, and i was not able to download it, and i was never informed to do that in the first place. all of this happened after his office had changed my initial appointment with him twice already. obviously a non caring doctor (never saw him but the receptionist said she spoke with him and he would not see me at my appointment time, might be able to fit me in about 4 hours later....) and definitely non care front office personnel!
My mother is over 90. She received a medication from the PA at this practice that did not work for cellulitis in her leg. ( Doxycycline !) she then went to Urgent care, received proper treatment and probably avoided a hospital visit. She had a mess with her regular prescriptions that they could not solve, staff logged every time she called and complained obviously about it... they logged every comment she made but could not find her prescriptions?! She went to the office- She left in tears. So sad to see someone old and impaired to not be cared about. She also had a doctor for 20 years in the Villages who retired and a doctor for over 20 years prior to moving from the North with no issues. Steer CLEAR of this practice, they log your calls which is okay but also , chart your questions , keeping count ( obviously there must be a limit)-So the doctor then discharged her from the practice crying , terrible she is fully independent living and driving just hearing impaired - unbelievable wow

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
