All the people in the office are very kind. My biggest problem was dealing with insurance. It finally got all straightened out.except for one little issue with my insurance just recently. Hopefully I can resolve it with the billing department!

Dr.Deluca is such a genuine caring person and when your a good Dr. you have a good staff as well. The staff work so hard to stay on time because they respect your time but take the time to listen. They are just amazing and they can educate other Dr offices on how to run a office efficiency and professionalism.

I have been to several pain mgmt operations and none have a staff that is pleasant and knowledgeable but most important the Doctor is right on with his diagnosis and treatment. I would bring my family there without other consideration if their service is required.

I’ve been to more than my share of pain clinics and this is one of the two I can say nice things about. The staff are all very kind, patient, friendly, professional, empathetic, and always of good humor. I usually see Dr. Indra Ramdayal, DNP. She is a lovely person and seeing her is a highlight of my month. I’m very grateful for the care I receive here.

To reiterate.....My experience was professional and courteous. It was my first visit and the wait wasn't to bad. Dr. DeLuca expressed concern and empathy for my back pain and left shoulder. I'm scheduled for another appointment today as a matter of fact and I'm actually looking forward to this follow up. It's close to my home in the Villages thanks to to the approval from the VA. Have a blessed day o:)
