Normarie Albino's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Albino has been caring for our family for almost a decade now. She’s incredibly thorough and easy to talk to. Always going the extra mile for our children. Michelle at the front desk is also amazing! So grateful for this office and the care they have provided for our 3 children. We’ve moved a few times and continue to drive to her office regardless of distance. Dr. Albino is the best!

Both of my sons see Dr. Albino and Dr. Amanda. They are both so sweet and patient with them, especially my youngest who can be very high strung. They care about making sure they’re comfortable and that every visit is positive. There are times where we are waiting a bit but we plan and expect this, knowing that once we’re seen they will take their time to listen and discuss. We never feel rushed!

She is the very best. There's no one I would prefer to care for my daughter than Dr. A - she is brilliant and so thorough.

Great doctor and friendly staff

Me and my son, we absolutely LOVE Dr. Albino and her nurses, we ended up going at the end of their day because my son had a fever that won't go down, she went above and beyond to discover what is wrong and now he is better, thanks to her! And I like her humane approach on things, she is a kind and warm person. You can tell she loves children and I think children like her a lot! Thank you, DR! Ana& Vlad

I want to Thank Dr Albino for noticing that my son had a Lazy eye which is so much easier to correct at 4yrs old. The Eye Doctor was very impressed that she was able to notice it

Switched my daughter to this dr and they asked me to fill out forms because she they had her name on patient roster. I filled forms and received message saying their practice is full. Seems a bit discriminatory to do that after being told the practice was not full. Of course left message I'm not expecting call back so unprofessional.

Dr.Albino is amazing and exactly the kind of doctor I’d ever want to care for my baby girl. She is the most attentive, patient, and detail oriented. She is also very proactive which I love. Even when I’m feeling overwhelmed as a new mother she is sure to educate and explain things to me in a way that brings me comfort and always takes the time to make a game plan for what the next steps for situations are before I leave the office. Sadly my family and I will be moving soon but if could I would make the long drive back just to bring my baby girl to Dr.Albino. There aren’t enough “stars” to give. You are blessed if you have a child or children in her care.

I am giving 3 stars only because Dr. Albino herself is an amazing doctor and I loved having her as my pediatrician when I was a kid. When my daughter was born, I was very excited to see Dr. Albino was still in practice. I called the office to get my daughter in as a patient, and was met with the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered. She repeatedly raised her voice at me and snapped that they would not accept my daughter as a patient because I, “did not complete a pre registration during my pregnancy.” This makes absolutely NO sense considering my daughter couldn’t even be added to insurance until after birth and the office was contracted through my daughter’s insurance. That’s the only thing the receptionist should be concerned about. It’s my personal belief she’s a nasty person who doesn’t care to do her job. Thankfully, Dr. Pierre at Marion Pediatrics was willing to take on my daughter and is wonderful to her.

I’m really sorry to write this but apparently money means more than an open relationship with this office. I never received communication from the office regarding a balance on our account- NOT ONE LETTER OR PHONE CALL. I certainly received a certified letter telling me they’re ending our relationship bc they haven’t received money for our previous visits. Sorry but yes, we have struggled due to covid & still not receiving our tax refund. So, had we had an adult conversation about a payment plan, I believe we would’ve stayed. Dr Albinos office staff is a joke. Good luck going there. I’d never dodge payments for my children’s pediatrician but the way they’ve gone about collecting money is unprofessional. The woman who took my phone call is a terrible person to work there in her position.
