Since there was only one available person to see all the patients we did have to wait for a while; however, the treatment of my husband was wonderful. Kelli is a very caring individual who goes the extra mile to assist in the patient's issues.

Wish they had the price out front before i walked in and wasted 30 minutes of my time with this over priced 5 min doctor visit. $150 they want just for urgent care.

My arm got in the way of an argument between our two dogs. The crew at Paramount Urgent Care was first rate, from the receptionists, to the medical assistant, and the attending physician. I was the last patient of the day on a Friday night and everyone was extremely pleasant.

Staff is always friendly and professional.However, I went in very sick, sore throat, cough, ears a little achy…Jessica, the very young P.A., said I had a virus and prescribed prednisone. I woke up with my left ear hurting, Exactly 17 hours later I called to see if Jessica could call me in an antibiotic for my, obvious ear infection, and I was told I’d have to come in again…for another $149.00!!! Less than 24 hours later!! My bottom line: be your own doctor. If you know that you need an antibiotic ( which I felt I did from past sicknesses) and the “P.A.” says you just need something else, insist on the meds you know work. They’re not always right. My lose. My lesson learned. Very disappointed. They could have a the very least let me come in for free since it was less than 24 hours later. (I’m self-pay)
