I accompanied a friend for MOHS and the scene I witnessed was excruciatingly unprofessional. The Dr may be good, but the staff??? Not so much. I witnessed yelling between staff members. There was a young, new employee being berated and cursed at by two women. They were reprehensible. IF someone is learning, screaming at her is NOT going to be constructive; in any sense of the word. They broke into Spanish and laughed AT this worker who did not speak Spanish. Another person in the waiting area translated what they said and it was vulgar and despicable. NO DOCTOR is worth seeing if this is how they fly. Reading reviews, they challenge the OP and say they are not legitimate reviews. WTH? Disgusting. I sure hope this Dr wises up and cleans house. They will be his ruination. No respect. Oh. I’m a nurse with 45 years under my belt. Doc: GET NEW STAFF. Dump the “ manager”.

I have been a patient of Dr Hassanein for 6 years, and have had many procedures over that time. Would not go to anyoone else. He and staff (PAs too) are great. Know their jobs and are cheerful as they work.
