We waited 3 hours in the waiting to be seen. Rude staff! He didn’t answer questions.

Dr. Soler did 2 procedures in 1 and was very helpful with any questions or concerns I had. I would recommend Dr. Soler to anyone who could benefit from his expertise.

August 25th Dr. Soler removed my gallbladder and I have to say that it was a great experience. I had very little pain following the surgery and was back to par within two weeks. His office staff handled all of my scheduling and the surgery staff were top notch. It was wonderful! I highly recommend Dr. Soler.

Upon my first visit with Dr. Soler he was very knowledgeable and compassionate. He went over my medical with me and answered all of my questions, He explained my surgery to me and addressed all of my questions and concerns. His office was extremely friendly and Carol went above and beyond to work around my schedule. Dr. Soler did an incredible job with my surgery and my incisions. He has over seen my care and when called upon due to other complications, He stayed on my case until all my issuses were resolved. I highly recommend him. He truly cares about his patients and he is extremely educated.

I couldn't get past the demands, verbally and on the "application" [there's at least 3 spots for you to inscribe], for my "full social security number". I also couldn't get over the verbal assertions of the support staff that "I have connections over there at that VA Clinic". So needless to say I was curious why on Thursday, before the following Monday afternoon appointment {after mailing back all paperwork's}, I received a voicemail requesting I return that call [came from Soler Office to be returned there] to confirm my Monday afternoon appointment. So that turned to perversion when on Monday morning at 0847 hrs EDT I received a request, form an unfamiliar Lake City Cell Phone #, requesting I return that call to a different telephone number from where it originated, the return number was that familiar office number to again confirm my Monday afternoon appointment. When asked if she confirms appointments with all patients with such frequency she replied she did. But she has no idea that I have an acquaintance [non-Veteran] who already had the same hernia repair and his recollection(s) do not align with her assertions. The Nexus between those participating in VA Community Care by means of contractual obligations and those assigning such care must be scrutinized by the IG for the Mission Act. I realize the diverse interests involved in this practice and did choose to cancel the appointment and therefore the hernia repair shall be accomplished by a surgucal provider with clean hands.

Dr. Soler and his staff are great. Wonderful care in the hospital. Would recommend Dr. Soler to anyone for surgery.

Very knowledgeable

Fabulous. I had 2 procedures in 2 months. Dr, Soler is very low key and takes the time necessary to explain what the patient has wrong and how to fix it! Very patient and easy to be around. I worked critical care in a hospital for 10 years in the late 70's and can detect a rogue doctor easily and Dr. Soler is fabulous. We are fulltime RV ers and are headed back to AZ now or I would have followed through with his suggestions. His staff is fantastic, professional but personable. Highly recommend!

Dr. Soler has done 2 surgeries on me and I have to say that both times my care was exceptional by Dr. Soler and his staff. Dr. Soler has been very caring and attentive to me both before, during and after my surgeries. When he visited me during my hospital stays, he was very kind and made sure to address any problems that may have occurred. During my visits to his office for followup care, his staff and Dr. Soler were so kind and supportive to me. I recommend this Doctor and Staff. God Bless
