If I could give no stars that is what I would give; I have been dealing with billing issues for months, and this doctor is considered in network with my insurance; my insurance continues to say it’s the dr office not submitting the bill to them correctly, which is causing it to be processed as out of network. Each month I get a bill, and each month I call; I call the office and no one seems to know what is going on and gives excuses; the billing number on the invoice is even outdated; I am exhausted and my brain is done trying to deal with this, so I will be going elsewhere!

Terrible staff. Great doctor. The staff is completely incompetent. I waited for an MRI for months and was turned away because the office staff failed to put in the pre authorization, even though I called and went to the office several times to remind them that it had to be done before my appointment. Call before your regular appointment because they have a habit of making appointments by mouth but not entering them into their system. Forget getting specialty medication filled because this staff doesn’t have time to complete pre authorization paperwork properly for medication either. I am forced to pay a 50$ copay to go in and speak with the doctor just to remind them of needed paperwork, tests, and medication refills because talking to the staff is useless. If the doctor had a better staff it would be a great asset to Columbia County.

It is impossible to talk to the office. I called Friday and got a remote worker who said the office would call me on Monday. No one called on Monday, so I called on Monday. and a remote worker told me that they would call on Tuesday. It is 4:45 PM on Tuesday and no one has called. I am now on hold while the remote worker tries to call the office. There is no way to actually talk to the office. The only phone number that is shown always goes to a remote worker. The remote worker has no information. I also sent an email on Friday that has never been answered and today is Tuesday. How many days will this go on? Are we supposed to drive to the office in person to get someone to talk to us?

Dr Alonso helped me continue my Botox for migraines with a VA community care referral. His staff is horrible. When my referral expired I had to go through the entire process to continue treatment with Botox. Today, finally I was authorized for another dose/round of Botox. Also today, they cancelled because of the pre authorization/referral for Botox is apparently incorrect. I had no issues with the prior referral and now since they have changed their staffing for insurance/authorizations. They can’t figure nothing out. I will be seeking help elsewhere that has a staff worth a damn. This place/ staff sucks.

I visited the Dr to see if he could stop the pain in my temples and to alleviate the ringing in my ears. He prescribed a medication for patients who have seizures and promised me that if I took it for a month it would help, it helped alright! The ringing has gotten 10 times worse and the pain in temples has also increased. I wouldn't recommend this Dr. Your best bet is to find a Dr who will listen to you.

Try to seek help elsewhere. The staff here is horrible. They can't figure out referrals or authorizations. Instead of writing a long narrative for all my Veteran Brothers and Sisters, find help elsewhere. They can't figure out the community care process for VA Referrals to save a life. It was great the first time but they have changed staffing and now they put a whole new meaning to "hurry up and wait".

He was personable an caring. Takes the time to listen to you an what's going on.. doesn't rush in an out . As a patient I didn't feel like just a number .

Dr. Alonso and his staff are very professional and personable. They take the time to listen and answer your questions. Dr. Alonso's diagnosis and recommendation for meds have helped my husband's parkinson's immensely. We are thankful to have found him.

doctor doesn't get back to you for anything. its been two weeks no call back. dont go there!! it has to do with a possible deadly reaction to a medicine, no response from them.

They are the most caring and loving physicians you will ever meet. They will get you to what ever specialist you need. And help you get the right meds you need. The office staff is amazing and treat you like royalty. The office is cleaner than a hospital.
