Its like they took all the rude staff from lake shore when they closed and put them in the ER. Went in with my husband with flu symptoms and he is getting the care he deserves while I have already been kicked out within 20 minutes of getting there because the nurse MH wouldnt even let me say anything after Im pregnant and I have a cough to tell him the rest of my symptoms

Had a procedure done on the 20th and from start to finish the entire experience was a really good one. The doctor T. Wessel and the Cath. Department crew were just amazing. I came in a couple of days in advance to do my Preregistration and it went great. The young man that runs the front entrance desk was just so very nice and professional in his welcoming. Had blood taken also and the young lady doing it was just wonderful. Then on the day of the procedure I was met by the nicest young lady every. She was so nice and Accommodating to the Cath. area where I was prepared for the procedure. The entire experience was about the nicest I had ever had as everyone was so good at their job. I would love for the entire team to be congratulated for an A plus job well done. I would recommend anyone to consider using this great group of people and everyone working there.

Dated 11022021 310pm Terrible customer servicereceptionist Heni Haley not sure if that is even her real name but that is the name she gave me she REFUSED to transfer the call to the manager. I would not recommend this hospital. Zero stars for customer care.

We were traveling home to St Petersburg from Georgia when my wife became quite ill. We pulled off and called an ambulance that took us to Lake City Medical Center. God was looking out for us that day as we were taken to a wonderful hospital with stellar staff members. From hitting the door till diagnoses and treatment options was all of about one hour.Unfortunately my wife had to be transferred to North Florida Regional Medical in Gainesville another hospital with stellar staff to deal with the medical emergency she was going through.As far as we are concerned all of the staff members we were in contact with at both facilities are rock stars in the best use of that phrase

Not staffing medical records or letting me have my medical records. Told me to download a page and mail it in wait 10 days for them to process it to mail something back need it for the military now

Overall the care was decent. I liked the nurse I had for the most part until she took up violin lessons. The needle her bow the strings my tendons. My handwrist still hurts too much to do anything with. The staff did make me feel cared for.
