Amazing every time except when interacting with Daysha at the check out desk. Daysha has very poor mannerism, body language, lack of eye contact & poor communication skills at every visit. The plexiglass is a hinderous when trying to hear her mumbling. I always repeat to ensure what I think I heard and she'll roll her eyes and speak back in a condescending tone. The team & service is always great, perhaps Daysha could use some professional communication training. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a constant complaint. God Bless!

The best doctors and nurses at any pain management doctor i have been to.

The NP Ms. Irine was very good and thorough. She did her assessment on me carefully and explained my MRI results to me clearly; from what it meant, what parts of the body are affected, and how it affects it. She suggested a care plan that she thinks best for me without having to take narcotics meds. I hate taking meds definitely narcotics. The suggested care plan was then discussed by Doc. Vu and NP Irine. The staff in the check in was very nice and helpful. The check out staff in the other hand has attitude. Her tone and body language tells me that I was bothering her with my questions. I had to ask her again about some referral instruction because she speaks very fast the first time that I did not hear and understand her clearly. She probably did not realize that her body language and tone says everything. She has poor customer service in my opinion and today was my first time in the facility. I will provide more update and review in future.

I’ve called last week to reschedule my appointment for tomorrow and never received a call back. I tried again yesterday and today. I finally got a call from VIN. He said he is going to be out for 1 1/2 weeks. He said that they have no openings until October and told me to change my Jacksonville appointment. I have to go tomorrow for my shoulder CT in preparation of surgery. He suggested that he would have someone else to see me. My medicine will run out soon. I called twice today and never got a call back. I have done whatever needed to be done for a long time and know that I will be in more pain than ever if I can’t get medicine. The pain never goes away but the medicine lessens it. What to do. What to do. I don’t know.

Dr. Vu and Vinh Nguyen have been caring for my multiple pain issues for years now. They are caring, knowledgeable and sincere. They have completely resolved pain in some areas through injections, ablation and therapy. As for the rest they do their best to make my pain manageable. I appreciate their thoroughness and the time they take to listen to my issues and concerns.

Dr. Vu truly cares about his patients and makes sure they get the appropriate treatment they need. The staff is very helpful also.

Dr. Vu is amazing. He always listens and calls you back. His staff are always pleasant. The office is so busy, but they manage it with ease and great care.

This staff is the best at what they do! I've had several doctors over the years and this clinic is number one!

I was referred to the national spine and pain center by a chiropractor a friend of mine uses. I have a herniated disk and my right leg was numb.And I was having problems walking. After I was sent for an MRI The doctor performed an epidural. It's been a week now.I am pain free.My leg is not numb and I can walk fine. Great doctors and staff.
