The first time we were in it was ok. Now that we need to replace glasses you cannot get anyone on the phone and the receptionist just shut the gate on my face and didn't care what I needed. Just the system was down so oh well. I asked why no one answers phone she said oh well it doesn't matter anyway our system is already shut down. Ok then customer lost and everyone I can tell will now know your customer service is terrible.

Very rude and would not even try to help look up insurance.

The doctor is great but, the staff are kinda the type that just want to sit and wait.. they do not help you find anything. They are not helpful at all. Don't ask a opinion they don't have one. I picked my glasslasses and one week they Brooke.

The doctor and medical assistant in the back are great. However the front desk girls are useless. They never called me when my glasses came in and did not help me adjust the frames . The sign in area is a joke

My whole family visits here for our vision needs. Everytime spectacular service !!! Girls you freaking rock and you need to know it !!! So welcoming and helpful

I would not recommend this place. I was told my glasses would be there in two weeks. After four weeks I get an automated message saying they were ready to pick up. I went in and my glasses couldn't be found. The young lady at the front counter was rude to begin with. I asked for a refund and was told they don't do refunds. I asked for corporates number and was finally offered a refund..after continuing to ask. No one knew where my glasses were and they blamed VSP. I was told they were shipped to another location. Don't waste your time with this place.

I have been to other eye doctors in lake city over the years and sadly I have never had a pair of glasses I have been able to use once as they collect dust . I have to say though that this business this doctor and staff are 100% the best out of the rest the best the best I repeat the best . I was told so many facts about my eyes condition that I couldn’t even remember it all to tell my wife . I am in love with this eye center and would highly recommend them over any other business around that’s my truth my standing as a person who has made many reviews on here and I don’t care what anyone else has to say so there we go I want to thank the staff and Especially the doctor for her polite pleasant and professional attitude may her business prosper

This was my second time visiting this location.. The first time was not so great it was a total mess. Second time things turned out a little better. Eye doctors is real good guy. People in the front we're good this time all the people from the last visit seemed to not work there anymore. Parking sucks all the spaces are usually full. If you utilize their sales you almost get a better price using the sales then you do using your insurance. Their bathrooms located in the rear by their waiting room that are usually clean. Wish their glass section was a little better seems like a lot of their selection is the same thing just different colors or different metals.

Love the service I received from the ladies! Got some strong sturdy glasses that are great for my work. The office was clean and the doctor was very helpful about my cataracts. Would definitely come again the next year!

Amazing office. I really enjoyed the exceptional customer service. Each lady in the front of the office was so sweet and kind. I will always come back to this office, super easy to work with.
