We were very impressed with not only how fast they called us back but with the level of care that my husband received. We moved to this area from the Tampa Bay area. Down there if you go to an ER (especially if you drive there yourself), you can expect to wait in the waiting room area a minimum of 3-4 hours but my brother-in-law told me this was different. So even though I was skeptical, we went and I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you to all the employees of the Lake City Medical Center ER. You are definitely in the category of heroes!

When I was brought in to Lake city Medical, I have to say every person I dealt with was kind, friendly and supportive. My nurses Seth, and Luke took amazing care of me. They always told me what they were doing before doing it. As bad as I felt going in, I can say the staff was amazing. I hope not to have to return but if for some reason I need an ER again, Lake City Medical Center is where I will definitely go!

I got brought in the back pretty fast but after they started a IV I was asked to walk into a office to be registered. As I was sitting down I could hear air bubbles in my shoulder/collar bone area of the arm that had a IV in. They rushed me to a room to monitor me after knowing they were putting air into my IV. Luckily I was ok. Not satisfied with the visit at all.

I want to thank all the nurses that was on call on the days that I were there in the hospital all the nurses I came in contact with were amazing especially Miss Peggie very sweet lady. The doctors and specialist also were amazing thank y’all so much for taking care of me. I can’t remember all of their names but you know who you are thank y’all again for everything.

It's like they took all the rude staff from lake shore when they closed and put them in the ER. Went in with my husband with flu symptoms, and he is getting the care he deserves while I have already been kicked out within 20 minutes of getting there because the nurse MH wouldn't even let me say anything after "I'm pregnant, and I have a cough" to tell him the rest of my symptoms!

Dated 11/02/2021 3:10pm -Terrible customer service/receptionist (Heni Haley) not sure if that is even her real name, (but that is the name she gave me,) she REFUSED to transfer the call to the manager. I would not recommend this hospital. Zero stars for customer care.
