This place gets 1 star because the doctor was amazing i was very happy to find a dr who would listen to patients, but the staff is horrible i had an appt there to de the doctor on 11/21 and yet its December and my medication has not been sent over to the pharmacy. I have called left messages numerous times and no answer not even to apologize. Do not go here if you want to waste your time waiting for hours and at the end not even getting your issues fixed. Find better staff so your patients feel appreciated.

Dr Machin is the very best. He took great care of my father until is was time for him to go to Heaven! Now he is taking care of my mom, she loves him, and I am very thankful to have him as her primary doctor, I wished he would take my insurance I would be his patient as well! La verdad que este lugar no se merece ni una estrella pero no tengo cómo darle cero de calificación ,fui maltratada por el departamento de laboratorio el día 2 de noviembre y puse mis quejas y nadie hizo nada, yo por supuesto me fui a otra clínica , y de verdad lo siento por el buen médico que perdí pero su personal son lo peor que yo he visto , poca educación y poca cultura son salvajes y maltratadoras , no le recomiendo a nadie este lugar, no por los doctores sino por sus empleados, gracias

The reviews must be from the employees or friends of the owner when going to your appointment make sure to reserve 3 to 4 hours of your time, and bring something to entertain yourself. Yes the Doctors are super nice but the wait is ridiculous and its all the time. They don't have enough seating to accommodate the customer that they over book ( they will book 3/4 people for the same time )

No hay casi parqueos, estuve un mes esperando para la cita y cuando llegue no aceptan el seguro médico, te dicen por teléfono que aceptan el seguro y es para que vayas para darte un descuento porque en realidad no lo aceptan

Si de verdad valoran su salud o a sus seres queridos no vallan a esta clínica, nunca había visto tan mal servicio en mi vida , que lugar mas desagradable , todo el staff es una falta de respeto una atención pésima debería existir la opción de dar 0 estrella , si de casualidad tienes alguna emergencia te mueres y ahí nadie te ayuda , nunca contestan los teléfonos nose para que tienen personal ahí si nadie hace ni regular su trabajo yo creo que ni manager tienen porque es imposible que con tantos pacientes no halla una bien trato ni un buen servicio al cliente ahí ni hay respeto por nadie a esas personas no se les debería llamar ni profesionales de la salud

I love Dr Machin and his staff, I was his patient for years and stupidly started seeing another Dr closer to my home. I have returned to his practice and extremely happy that I did. He listens to you, he cares about you and his staff is extremely friendly and helpful
