MIchael Lipan's Online Review Report Card

I called to make an appointment, and as soon as I said I have Medicaid they told me they were not making appointments for that, I asked what was the reason behind it and she said that they were full for 6 months, I asked what if I had another insurance? She said that would be different. Meaning if you have other than Medicaid they will make an appointment if you have Medicaid they won’t. I will be reporting this Dr to the FL board of medicine, as well to the health market place, and Medicaid. This is discrimination.

Dr. Lipan and staff are fantastic. Dr. Lipan is very knowledgeable, personable, listens to concerns and quick to respond. I am extremely pleased with my results of my surgery and follow up treatment. I have been seeing him over 5 years and highly recommend him.

Ms Kasey Hemeon is the PA at this office and she is bomb!!!! She treated me last year for a severe congestion in my ears and head. I don't personally like PAs because they think they're the Drs and don't know much but I am telling u this lady does!! And she is super sweet and gentle. Very informative. U will leave her knowing whats going on with u and why. Please consider her. U won't be disappointed. I came back to her again for something else, so that should tell u something 😉 and no I don't know her personally. This is an honest professional review.

Dr Lipan was recommended to me by my surgeon in Washington DC. I was suffering from a failed surgery from 1996 where I required a repair of a facial fracture after an accident. Over the past 20 years I was told the inability to breath out of one side of my face would require extensive surgery and I would be out of work for a few months. As a busy doctor myself I endured the pain and difficulty breathing for years. I finally retired and moved to Florida and was ready for my surgical repair. When I met doctor Lapin I immediately felt comfortable with his approach and underwent the much needed repair January 2023. Needless to say the surgery went well. But more importantly he has followed up with me on a regular basis to improve upon the surgery that I felt resolved 100% of the issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Michael Lapin. Dr Stanton Weiner

This the worst Dr I have been when to them in January the doctor schedule me for CT scan a month after my first appointment I faxed my records to them in January twice to show tham I the CT scan less than a year ago and for the doctor to review my records I also called left several messages no one called me back Was on time and money very disappointed 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👉👉👉👇

Excellent ENT, very attentive to patients

I was scheduled twice for allergy testing. My ENT called this office twice to make sure it was a go. The first time I went they said there was a scheduling change and could not do the testing. I called today at 4:50pm to see about my appointment for tomorrow and they told it was cancelled. They never called me to let me know. They also said that I was not scheduled for allergy testing. This is after my ENT called them to make sure I was scheduled for allergy testing and they told my ENT yes the appointment was set. Signing the agreement below just to get this info out there. Never saw the doctor

Suffered from constant sinus infections for years. Dr. Lipan had recommended ballonsinusplasty but I elected to do a conservative management first. Finally after 2 years of treatment without much of luck, I decided to proceed with surgery. That completely changed my life and I can finally breathe from my nose now. Wish I had done it sooner. We had a little electrical episode after my procedure was done, and their office lost power and phone operation. Dr. Lipan without hesitation provided me with his cellphone number in case I had any questions or concern in case their phone was still not working.

Five stars from the moment of contact with the front office staff. I highly recommend Dr. Lipan to anyone suffering with sinus issues especially asthmatics. I left the office breathing 10x better than when I arrived.
