Dr Clayton was very thorough in reviewing all of my records since I am a new patient at her office. She handled all of my prescription ordering. The staff was very friendly and I was very pleased with the short wait time.

Dr. Clayton is the best primary care physician I have ever had. She explains things in a way that you can understand and makes it very clear. The staff is very sweet and friendly and I never have to waited too long for an appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Clayton and her staff for your medical needs.

I have been a patient of Lake Mary Family Physicians for approximately 13 years. I saw Dr. Clayton for a sick visit recently. After one week on antibiotics and no improvement I called to ask if I needed something stronger or if I needed to be seen again. 24 hours later I still hadn’t received a response from Dr. Clayton’s office. I was told that calls are responded to in between patients and after hours. That’s fair and understandable. However approximately 24 hours after my initial call and no word fromthe doctor’s office I inquired a third time. I was put on a long hold eventually told I would need to come in and was given some appointment options. I work in a busy office serving patients every day. I understand the demands. I don’t feel having to wait more than 24 hours for a response is acceptable patient service. Please let me know what your office feels is acceptable so I can adjust my expectations accordingly.
