Went there to find out why there was to much protein in my urine. Went through a few tests. They took me off some of my meds to see if it would make a difference but was never told anything and whether or not to start taking the meds or start new ones. They did put me on a new diabetic medication which if they read the list of problems this medication could cause they would have not prescribed this for me. It does cause kidney damage. Because my bladder was not empty they referred me to a urologist and I haven't been back to there office since. They were very nice and professional but didn't have any answers for the main reason I was there for.

Mi experiencia con el Dr. Rodriguez.. Por 17 años me ha tratado mi condicion del riñon. Cuando llege por primera vez...nesecitaba un transplante de riñon. Estaba perdida..El se encargo de hacer todos los tramites. Mi hijo me donó su riñon..gracias a Dios despues de 16 años estamos perfectamente Hoy en dia sigo con Dr Rodriguez. The way the nursing staff here speaks to patients is horrible! I simply was inquiring why a refill had be denied and the nurse starts screaming at me about how I can’t get a refill when I hadn’t been in in a certain time frame. I asked if I could get a refill and then make an appointment which I could but the nurse continued to scream at me and lecture me about how I have to come in. Again no problem doing so but the way she treated me was horrible! I have never been yelled at like that by a medical professional before simply for asking a question. I get she may have been having a bad day but due to her treatment I no longer feel that this is an office I can trust with my medical care. Dr. Rodriguez himself is fantastic and made me feel really comfortable but due to his poor nursing staff I just cannot continue to see him after the treatment I received from his staff.

Dr Rodriguez is very informative and has a great staff. My mom has been going to him for a number of years and he doesn't rush the patient, answers questions, has a lot of patience with the elderly. He is great at explaining options as well as more details about the patient's health, condition.
