Alliance Surgical Center's Online Review Report Card

I will never go to this facility again. Equipment in pre-op didn't work, took 3 nurses to get a 12 lead EKG after case cancelled. Anesthesia was not available. I was the last patient of the day supposedly scheduled for a locale. Yet, all were advised, I may need anesthesia as I am claustrophobic. I was assured "no problem" we will take care of you. I was told not to eat and to have a driver, and I had to complete the anesthesia documents. Let's add the fact that I'm an insulin dependent diabetic told to arrive at 11:45 with nothing to eat since 12 midnight and didn't go into OR until 3pm. CEO Ms. Ruskins, said your surgeon could have given you versed or something to relax you, taking absolutely no responsibility for the fiasco and lack of proper personnel/staff. Poorly run facility. Ms. Ruskins denied that this was an AdventHealth surgery Center; and directed me to a supposed owner in Birmingham, Alabama, who later denied he had anything to do with this organization. Checking further this was a horrible experience. The only good, was the doctor himself. We will get this procedure done at another facility...an honest one. Not finished with this mess; more to learn. Doubt they will post this one.

Had a procedure by Dr Gaddipati who is awesome. Also shout out of thanks to her team (Dr Jasmine Swaniker, Carrie, Karen, Amanda and Frank). You all were so kind, professional and calming. Thank you for your amazing care!

They don’t answer the phone during business hours. They don’t send the claims to your insurance. They give you wrong, disconnected, old, wrong department numbers to call. Front desk staff / admin people are worthless. The people who actually did the work for my procedure, the prep people, dr, nurse, etc. they’re great.

I had an endoscopy done here. the staff was amazing since i first walked in. They made me feel comfortable answered all my question and took well care of me. There were absolutely amazing.

Yesterday I had surgery on my L wrist by Brian Leung. This place is AWESOME. I was taken very good care of & all my needs were met in a timely manner. From the beginning to the end I felt safe & cared for. I'm going to use this facility for my shoulder surgery. Thank You to Everyone for my great care. Y'all Rock 😊

I was in the surgery center several times and each time it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked through the door until I walked out they were so caring, patient, professional, concerned just a great group of professionals that do their job so very well.Thank you so muchMarilyn Hroncich

Staff is pleasant Whoever is in charge of scheduling should be fired ASAP 3 1/2 hrs waiting for a 20 minute procedure is pathetic!!!!!

I must give thee whole staff from the reception to,Karen the nurse who wheeled me to the car a "10" star rate!!Thank you!!!👍

I really dont know how to star this review. I was told to be at my appointment at 6:30 am this morning. I got there at 6:17 and the front door was locked, note on the door said "Door will remain locked until 6 am. So When I gently tried to open it it was still locked, a very grumpy front desk receptionist came to the door and said "I need you to sign in and I need your I.D. and Ins. card" Are you kidding me.. that was my greeting! All you had to say was good morning to me Christina! and my whole experience would have been so much different! I will give this 5 stars BECAUSE of EVERYONE else other than you... who were kind considerate, loving, nurturing and cared. You, Christina need to find a different job! Thank you Heather, Karen and Renee, the only two names I remember before I fell asleep. ~Blessings!

The center called us the night (5pm) of my husband's procedure to inform us of a very high copay!! I don't believe such information should be delivered the night of the procedure unless you want to corner the patient not to go anywhere else after taking all the medications for the past 5 days!!! Or someone is not doing their job properly!!
