Antonio Cubano's Online Review Report Card

The front office staff and PA staff are horrible. Medical staff are great though.

Worse experience I have ever had in my life. They wanted to label me and treat me by that label not as an individual.

Jessica Ramos They only see me 2 times in person 2 times online's I know that I make a mistake taking to mecidine but u see I need to sleep my live to much anxiety, stress my father live with for one year he is stage 4 cancer and know in the lungs , my mom is stage 1, my father with she is with dementia, I am a care giver I try to explain to Cubano my situation and try to told him that give me one opportunity more but he don't listen to me he only listen the first time patients and then we are like a trash for him , he don't want to hear what is my feelings he give up of me so fast and them send me a letter that they can't accept me again but they don't say why I don't recommend Cubano for noticing don't have humans feelings for others , don't have empathy for other , what kind of heart he have? I don't know ..don't recommend this please Cubano treat me like trash. I try to make a appointment with Cubano and they don't let me .

Wonderful and caring Physician and staff. I have a great experience with every visit.

Dr. Cubano himself is wonderful... but this office is a nightmare. The office staff are completely incompetent. They mess up billing and scheduling constantly. They're argumentative. They arbitrarily decided my son could no longer see doctor Cubano himself like he had been since he started there and required him to switch to virtual appointments with a PA. They never send in his prescriptions on time and his appointments are always like the day that he runs out of pills, so we have to fight to get them to the pharmacy. We're switching doctors at this point. Just too many issues.

He refused to see me ...initial not Telehealth very not workable or flexible to work schedule or gas 🤔 reimbursement since u can't do telehealth I recommend lifestance health dr.franscio Rodriguez this place is not accommodating at all

Where do I begin. The one star is for Pam my NP Psych she has done her job but the office staff are horrible. At this point I’m filling a complaint with the state. They put me on a waiting list for months to see a counselor for individual therapy. I was told that a particular counselor was approved by my insurance and that is who I was on the waiting list to see. A hour before my appointment after waiting months I was phoned and told my insurance didn’t cover counseling. My husband and I rearranged our my schedules to make this appointment. I had been having a lot of issues that I really needed to see a counselor about. The staff are horrible they offered no explanation, apology or any concern. Only you stating I would have a to pay out of pocket $175.00.

Had my first visit with Dr. Cubano and it was a wonderful experience. His staff were also very friendly to myself and other patients who walked in. They even knew them by name. I am very precise and honest with my reviews because I have over 580,000 people who have trusted my opinions on Google Reviews.

Excellent place where patients are treated with kindness, compassion and respect. We are grateful for their help during difficult times. Always with a smile and great concern for those who visit. Thank you.
