What a disrespectful office. They don’t listen to the parents, do not show care for the children, and are completely rude. Just to add to it, they don’t accept vaccine exemptions. So I guess adverse reactions don’t apply to this place. Disgusting place. Would never recommend.

I would leave negative stars if possible. This place does not respect the parents rights to decide for their own children what medical intervention is needed. Because we have a religious vaccination exemption, they refuse to see us anymore. Dr. Harris Brian, you sir are trash.

La verdad llegué a este pediatra por que me lo recomendaron. Pero fue mi peor decisión tengo mi niña con down syndrome. Pero siento que cada ves el doctor la mira es arrogante no le gusta que ella llore oh se porte mal. Y pues ella es un poco fuerte. Pero si cara de él es tan arrogante que se le nota cuán molesto está. Lamento acer llegado a este lugar. Donde el pediatra no es amable con los niños. Y las demás doctoras son un poco peor que el. La verdad no lo recomiendo más si eres latina.

¡El peor lugar! Primero: el lugar es totalmente un asco. Todo sucio y en mal estado. Fuimos a dos sedes y ambas dejan mucho qué desear... Segundo: el personal es grocero. Nunca nos habíamos sentido tan humillados. Una de las front desk de la sede de lake Mary, nos trató como si fuéramos animales. Tercero: el personal de asistencia médica, wao. La “enfermera” tocó a mi hijo recién nacido con las manos sucias y llenas de grasa. En fin, mucho que desear.

I have never been so frustrated trying to get in touch with this pediatric office. Receptionist who answers the phone would not even listen to my requests to set an appointment same day or answer any of my questions about the process of new patients - she immediately transferred my call before I could get my whole sentence out. So, I call again to see if I could quickly spit out my requests before being transferred again, but no, I am belittled before the second transfer. The day I tried to make an appointment we ended up having to go to an urgent care center. Upon explaining our issue there, the doctor agreed that we should find another pediatric office. I can only imagine the poor quality of an experience if we actually booked an appointment here.

I've been with their practice for 14 years and ever since I saw Dr. Harris when my daughter was 2 years old and had a febrile seizure that lasted 10 minutes I never went to him again. He had a very arrogant and rude attitude. He told me my daughter didn't have a febrile seizure , even though that's what the hospital had told me she had & had a temp of 107 at the highest. He also told me her seizure could not of lasted 10 minutes. When you watch your child go through something so horrifying and then have a doctor try to TELL YOU WHAT HAPPENED, it's highly disrespectful.

Dr Harris has always provided great care for my 2 girls.

Dr. Brian Harris, MD did not take time with my child! he is too rough and has no bed side manners! I would not take my child here ever again and I suggest that you do not either! BE WARNED!
