List of Cecelia Damask's Reviews
Tried to set up my 2nd appointment with doctor Damask and was no where to be found. Called for 5 months straight to have my hearing test results given to me and the office voice message said office closed everyday. Very frustrated and disappointed. I had to search for another Dr and have my results send to new doctor.
I have been a patient of Dr. Damask for many years and she has always shown me that she cares about my condition and she has the expertise to identify and administer any procedures necessary. I highly recommend a call and visit.
I can't even with this place. Horrible interaction with Dr. Damask. Inadequate billing staff. Inside, it feels like you're at a free clinic except it costs $332 for Dr. Damask to talk down to you for three mins....
I gave them 2 stars for ease of appointment scheduling although that’s no help if you don’t see the doctor. I had an appointment with Dr Demask, but I can’t rate her since I never saw her. When I went in the receptionist took my cards and informed me that they are a Medicare and Blue Cross provider, but they are not contracted to take my specific BCBS supplemental insurance plan and I may have a balance to pay. I told her it is not an HMO or a PPO and I’m not locked into a specific network. It is a straight supplemental plan. I have never had anyone question this plan in all the years I have had it. If it was an issue why wasn’t I told that when they verified my insurance while making the appointment? I gave them my Medicare info and my FloridaBlue plan F ID numbers so they knew what insurance I have. . My BCBS plan F is one of the 2 Top rated Medicare supplemental insurance plans you can buy.
I am so grateful that Dr Damask is open and seeing patients live on the office. So many doctors are only seeing people by telehealth. People should be grateful that someone is seeing them in person and that staff are working to see people in person.
I really like Dr. Damask. She takes her time and explains everything thoroughly. The office staff can be hard to reach, but it’s worth to me for finally finding someone that handles my sinus issues properly and professionally.
I’m really surprised by all the negative experiences however I saw Dr. Damask multiple times more than 5 years ago and then I returned today 11/25/2020 for a completely different issue and she is the exact same person she was 5 years ago. She is kind, she listened to my issue, she was very thorough and knowledgeable. It was also easy to make an appointment over the phone, print out my forms at home (if I wanted to) to bring to the appointment and when I showed up to the appointment I found the front desk and the nurse very pleasant and friendly. I am glad I went because it eased my worries over my current issue.
Although I was apprehensive to go to this practice due to reading the reviews I decided to go any way. I found the staff friendly. I waited about 10 minutes In the waiting room which was lovely! Dr. Damask displayed very good bed side manners. She listened to my issues and was very friendly. Although she found the root of my health issue, she’s unable to help me but she did refer me to another doctor that will. Overall, I would definitely continue going to her in the future and highly recommend her. P. Valencia
I have had problems with my sinuses for years that no one else has been able to fix. Dr Damask spent a long time listening to my problems. She then did labs and other tests that no one else did and she found out what was causing my problems. She now has me on a shot that I come in for once a month. I feel the best I have in years. She has completely changed my life. I am so grateful that I found her. Her staff is always very nice and pleasant when I come in for my monthly shot.
When I arrived at the office address no one was there. I didn’t know that it was a secondary entrance. I called the office number to find out where to go. The woman, who runs that office, answered my call and proceeded to yell at me (over and over) for using their office phone. When I could get a word in edgewise, I told her I was using MY cell phone, In a not so nice and impatient voice, she gave me directions to the other side of the building where their main office is. When I walked up to the desk, where two office staff were, I said that someone was very rude to me. The woman, sitting down, said and I quote “that would be me and you can take it anyway you want to”. I have NEVER been treated like that by medical staff EVER. Unbelievable rudeness! The woman made no attempt to apologize or explain her actions. I am an easy going person and do not get into confrontational situations with anyone. I did stay to talk with the doctor, as I had waited three weeks for that appointment. Dr Damask seemed very competent. However, her staff never lined up the CT scan the doctor ordered for me to have, so I went elsewhere. I was not about to deal with both rudeness and incompetence.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
