Chester Miltenberger's Online Review Report Card

Chester Miltenberger is a great doctor, my wife and I have been coming to his office for over four years. Usually everything runs smoothly and we are usually in & out in a flash. With that being said our last appointment with his office was everything but smooth, my wife had made an appointment for 9:15 am but she had to call the office to see if she could come in earlier than her appointment time and that is when the office staff said she could come in @ 8:30 meaning they could fit her in earlier. So we arrived at Dr. Miltenberger's office at 8:15 am my wife checked in with the front desk and then we waited in the lobby for her to be called back. What transpired while we were waiting for her name to be called was not acceptable because there were three to four people that we checked in before that had their names called and we're allowed to been seen before my wife was seen, which was not fair to my wife. She went back to the front desk to ask why there were several people taken before her when she had checked in first, and she was told that all the other patients had appointments that were before her appointment even though they told her that if she came in early she would been seen first. But they told her who ever told her that it was a guarantee that she would be seen first was wrong and that they were sorry for the wrong information. The office staff handled the situation in an unprofessional way because they had given wrong information which in my opinion is not good and they need to train their staff properly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Miltenburgers’s for 5 years now. Time flies by fast…anyways, I love this doctor. He genuinely cares for you. He is not a pill pusher, whatsoever, he prescribes what you need when you need it. He is so fast and efficient, it’s unbelievable! He truly loves his patients and remembers the things that you have discussed with him in prior visits. This doctor must have 1000s of patients and he is on top of his game every single time I go in the office, which is monthly. I couldn’t ask for a better medical professional to take care of my needs.

Chester Miltenberg is absolutely amazing been going for years. When my insurance didn’t cover him I paid out of pocket. And so does my Fiancé . I recommend him to everyone. Been seeing him for years and he’s amazing.

The best doc ever!

I have been seeing the doc since 2016 and refuse to go anywhere else - even when I lost my coverage and he didn’t accept my temp coverage I elected to pay out of pocket than go elsewhere. He’s always willing to listen no matter how busy he is and he is genuinely concerned about YOUR well being as a patient. The office staff is amazing always so nice and really are trying to do the best they can. They have no control over insurance issues or wait times some of the ridiculous things people have complained about. They’ve always gone above and beyond for me..guess what - to those complaining things happen!! Emergencies happen…just like you have questions when you see Doc, so does his other patients and he takes his time with them which may cause delays in the waiting room..deal with it! Be compassionate and understanding instead of looking for reasons to complain. Billing is on point and the issues if any that arise are bc of the insurance company not the office staff! I work for a major insurance company and know first hand the hoops that providers have to jump through just to get payment or authorization or whatever…and to the few miserable people who have complained…let me congratulate you on being perfect and never making a mistake in your life..you must be one phenomenal employee who must make tons since you’re so perfect!! The Doc is in he best in central FL! I would and have recommended him to many who all love him just as much!! and bonus….he is one spiffy fashionista!!!

Dr. Miltenberger is one of few doctors who takes their patients concerns seriously. He’s never made me feel like I was exaggerating or being dramatic when I talked to him and actually shows he cares about my health. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Miltenberger has been the most responsive and caring doctor I've met in my 42 years. It's very hard for me to explain how amazing his work has been for my life. I know most doctors have a waiting list and that's unfortunate. But Dr. Miltenberger is way worth the wait. Good luck finding a better doctor in Florida. It's not gonna happen. The most incompetent doctors office I have ever been too. -Front desk intake worker has no clue what she's doing, but made sure she left to take her cigarette break. -Other front office workers yelling at people on the phones making the waiting room uncomfortable. -Had appt at 3:05pm, saw the doctor at 4:05 lol -When I gave the doctor's prescription page to the front desk clerk, she only sent one to Walgreens!! And not the one I really needed. So now I'm waiting until tomorrow to get what I needed today... My first and LAST time going to that office, RUN AWAY!!!!
