Terrible experience here. Two hygienists were extremely rude and 100 percent insensitive and unprofessional. The hygienist scratched my chin, banging tools, caddiness between them. The uniforms were dirty. Completely lacking in professionalism as a whole. Doctors/staff walking down the hallways looking depressed and mentally unhealthy. I had to leave the appointment early because of the lack of trust with the 2 female hygienists. God bless them, but I will have to find another dentist. Will not be returning here and I Definitely do not recommend this place.

Sent a fraudulent bill into my uhc. Stating they had to build up my tooth and used a pin to hold my new crown in place . A 1200.00 hundred dollar crown was now 2000.00 dollars they recieved 680.00 dollars from me. According to UHC the most I should have paid is 415.00 dollars.A month later they said I had and unpaid balance of 225.00 dollar . My insurance company tried to contact them and was put into a voicemail box that was full. You better find out from your insurance company what your max out of pocket will be before you set in there dental chair. If you have a bad tooth ace like my self. They are now in the driver's seat. The first question is how are you going to pay for this. Next is their dollar figure.

This office is full of completely dishonest individuals. Went in for an exam and even then these idiots tried to scam money out of me. Walked out and never went back. Go to Dr. Harvey Kansol in Lake Mary instead!!

I had a molar pulled. I dont like pain. They were great. They stopped when I said it hurt. They finally had to give up and I came back and had oral surgery. They gave me a relaxer and I waited. They gave me 2 shots we waited. Then 2 more shots. We waited and I felt nothing Every step the dr told me what was happening. Before I knew it it was over. I will come back for more work on my teeth.

Unfortunately this office is terrible. I've received numerous txt msgs about a balance due WITHOUT any bills sent. No reason as to why & no info as to which family member is for. My husband went to the office & tried to check on it & was flat out told no billing inquiries are discussed & someone would call back. Did they? Of course not! I've called numerous times, & when speaking to scheduling dept all they can say is someone will call you back & never do. If you press 3 "to reach the office for other inquiries" no one Ever answers the phone & get a msg "sorry this mailbox is full & cannot leave a voicemail, goodbye" & hangs up. I've had other issues with them as well. Neatlesss to say, we've taken our business to a different dental office & if any amount is written off for any of us without any bills & ruins our credit, we'll be seeing them in court!

Literally can't take this place. Back again only to get my refund from their overcharging. I'm sitting in the lobby still and have been here 40 minutes, literally to get a refund to correct their error. I started the clock a few minutes after arrival.
