List of Cora Physical Therapy Lake Mary's Reviews
Highly Recommend!!! I had been dealing with horrible chronic sciatic pain for almost 8 months when I finally found Cora after having tried chiropractic care + another PT. No one could help me and I was having a really hard time just functioning because of the pain. After just 2 sessions with Ashley and Monci, I felt a huge difference in the pain. I was finally released today and I feel like a brand new person. Ashley and Monci are incredible and the front office staff are so nice and always helpful!
Had PT here for 12 visits due to chronic low back pain. The therapists were absolutely wonderful, and it was obvious how passionate they feel about their career, and care for their patients. Always keeping a positive attitude, and smiles on their patient's faces. I will be going back to them for future therapy.
I only have good things to say about my therapy. Everyone roots for your success and answers all your questions.
This Cora facility is short staff and it's not fair to the patients. Something needs to be done to help the patients soon.
I have been through quite a journey in the last 4 years. Allow me to explain, nearly 4 years ago I almost lost my life to a Stroke. I could not Walk or talk. I had to learn again how to swallow. I am slowly recovering. Along the way I have had several physical therapists, all except for my first therapist and the very thorough therapists at Cora had the same routine, the very basic. Ankle weights, some simple chair exercises, then after 5 quick sessions you "graduate" with the same problems you had when you started. At Cora health services the first breath of fresh air was the very thorough interview with several questions. That was very refreshing. When you graduate it's not "good bye" but "see you next week." Their outstanding facilities are given to me to use at my discretion. Cora health services has been such a blessing. Come see for yourself.
I love this facility and the staff. Shelly is a great physical therapist and Melissa is a very personable first contact. I had a visit with Patrick who was also great. Thank you to everyone for both my daughter and myself.
Great place to get everything back and running with your body. I came in for my first session and already have a roadmap to recovery. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me. Great place to have an expert tell you what’s really going on with your body.
It was my husband's first visit, So they could evaluate him. Phil and his student were very helpful and did a wonderful job he left there very very happy we both did can't wait to go back again next week. They really motivated him an took there time with him. Very clean office, Everyone is so nice!! I know they will do an excellent job getting my husband back walking on his walker again.. Cora is the best!! So excited for our next visit. Thank you to all the staff.. Cat N Brian 🙏💛🌻
I'm a former heavy guy who had enough of my sedentary lifestyle and decided it was time for a change. I started walking on the treadmill, which led to jogging and eventually running outside. 7 years later, I'm at roughly my ideal weight and I run, both competitively and as a matter of routine. The trouble is, I never had any formal coaching or training and so I've made some mistakes in training that ultimately led to a rather severe injury to my hamstring. I visited my doctor and he confirmed the injury and referred me to CORA PT just down the road from his office. I had been to PT at Orlando Ortho in the past for my lower back, so I had some idea of what to expect, but CORA's approach was different. I met with the Phil, the physician, who immediately diagnosed some weakness in my hips and glutes that likely caused some compensation in my gait that led to the injury. Phil took his time to explain every treatment, exercise and stretch to insure that I knew exactly how I was going to get back to running. From there on out, I came to CORA twice per week for the next several weeks. All of the therapists I met with were meticulous and caring, often juggling me and several other patients, but never leaving me sitting around wondering what to do next. In addition, I met with Phil every other week or so to gauge my progress, and again he made sure I understood where I started and what progress had been made.Eventually, they had me run on their low-gravity ("Alter-G") treadmill, which allowed me to run again at about half my weight, just to see how close I was to normal function. When the time came and I was running a mile on the Alter-G with most of my weight, they cleared me to go back to my normal routine.I'm happy to say that I no longer experience pain in my hamstrings at all. My stretching routine is more well-informed and I was able to get back to my normal running mileage within a month of ramping up distance week-over-week. I'm grateful to all the staff at CORA PT in Lake Mary. Though I wasn't recovering from a surgery or major injury, they took my concerns just as seriously and developed a plan, which resulted in an ideal outcome and in short order. I couldn't ask for anything more of a physical therapist and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
Here’s an example of an appointment at Lk Mary, Florida Cora. My appointments are for 45 minutes. 12:30 appointment get called back there at 12:35 n my therapist (who is very good), has 3 other patients to work with at the same time. The therapist gets me situated with an exercise and goes on to the next person. Once I’m done, I wait a few minutes

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
