Dean Johnston's Online Review Report Card

I spent two years researching and meeting with different plastic surgeons in my area. I was getting a little disheartened until I met with Dr. Johnston and his wife Kathy. You are sent a link and are required to watch a video regarding your particular procedure before your first appointment. You are also required to have a full medical clearance before any surgery. During my first appointment, each and every question I had was fully, completely, and cheerfully answered. I've never had a physician put me so completely at ease. This was crucial because, afterall, you are putting your life in his hands. His approach to my particular concerns and how he would address them surgically was completely different than the other physicians I had met with, and made total sense to me. I took the leap and am now 6 days post surgery and I literally couldn't be happier. Every single day the swelling goes down more and I marvel at the results Dr Johnston provided. Dr. Johnston, his wife Kathy, and their office manager Melissa went above and beyond my wildest expectations. The surgery, hospital stay, and hospital staff were outstanding. I am so grateful to Dr. Johnston and his staff for making this 62 year old woman feel and look like a million bucks. Thank you doesn't seem adequate, but THANK YOU!!!

Dr Dean Johnson.... 2006, saved my life and foot possibly, removing the Melanoma cancer and doing cosmetic surgery. I never put a comment, but was told by 3 doctors, one Dr Craig Jones he is the best.

I have been going to Dr. Johnson for probably 5 years if not more. He is very punctual with the appointments, which most dr.'s are not, very carrying and doesn't rush at all when he spends time with you. In fact, he and his wife, Kathy always MAKE TIME to listen to you, to know you as a person, not only as a patient. They have rare qualities which would leave a print in your heart; that and their the professionalism made me come back years in a row. I live in Orlando but come to Lake Mary only for for the quality of the services from this office and the humanity of the people that work here. Last but not least, Melissa, the lady at the reception, always have been sweet and accommodating. I might not always go to my appointment with a smile on my face, but EACH and EVERY TIME I leave with one! Thank you Dr. Johnson, Kathy and Mellisa!!! A.T.

If you are looking for a Botox or Dysport look for someone else. I got a HUGE EYELID DROOP after my procedure. My face was disfigured for a month and 1/2. I tried at least get my money back after such a bad experience and guess what ? They REFUSED to refund my money, because I should know "results my vary" .... Absurd !!!!

He took on an earlobe surgery that I was unsure I could ever have done with a normal looking ear after having them gauged largely for many years! His practice was warm and caring and he did an absolutely fantastic job! I can’t say enough about him other than if I need anymore corrective surgery he is where I am headed!

I had a neck lift done, he's the greatest plastic Dr. Around. Does great and safe work in a safe environment. I would recommend him to everyone. Especially if you are a little scared about the operation being done. He spends time with you, cares about what he does. Your not a dollar amount to him your a person with a problem that he likes to fix, he is very good at what he's does. What really sold me to take him as my Dr. Was, he would only do my lift in a hospital, and with Joan rivers fresh in my mind, I was sold on him.

I went to Dr. Johnston for a consultation on a breast reduction. I am completely satisfied with his work. His skills are amazing and I feel so much healthier now. He is very professional and caring and his staff is absolutely wonderful. I felt quite at ease with going forward with the procedure and he made sure everything was healing correctly after the surgery. I would recommend Dr. Johnston to anyone thinking about this decision.
