Dr. Friend is the first, if only, doctor I've seen that goes the extra mile, time and time again - and treats my health and well-being holistically. I've never experienced this level of care. Dr. Friend is direct and to the point, smart, and efficient so I never leave her office wondering what the next steps for my care are.

Dr. Friend is always kind, respectful and professional. Every time I go, she will listen, I never feel rushed to explain my issues or symptoms, which is really rare with other Doctors I have seen. Dr. Friend and her team are really nice, I haven't had any issues, even when I call the office to ask for refills, or forms to complete they will always respond between 24- 48 hrs, but usually is right away. I will also get a follow up call after few days of treatment, just to ask how I'm feeling etc... Wait time is less than 10 minutes, Front Office ladies are always welcoming. I have seen Dr. Friend for couple of years now.

I absolutely love Dr. Friend! I am shocked at some of these reviews. I was with Advent Health in Kansas and loved my doctor, so I was worried when I moved to Florida. I have been seeing Dr. Friend for over 3 years now. She is professional, kind and very easy to talk to. You can tell she really takes the time to listen and honestly cares. Every once in a while I have to call the office. Her team is the best. I always get a response within 48 hours, or sooner. I also use the portal too.

The most amazing doctor I have ever had! I love Dr. Friend!! She is so nice and caring, she listens to you and is super informative! The staff is so friendly as well!

I have not had a Dr. treat me as well as Dr. Friend has treated me. Every single time I have an appointment with her, I am comfortable and almost feel as if I’m talking to my sister! She has an incredible knowledge base, she is very open minded, and handles herself professionally. She makes me laugh, too which makes her very personable. Hands down, she is someone I trust THE MOST with my care as I believe she puts in her best effort to know and care for her patients.

She’s thoughtful, patient, concerned and funny! Always spends whatever time I need. Always answers emails I send this the portal too. First dr I’ve ever had that did that. She’s amazing and accepts my Medicare

This had to be the worst and most unprofessional doctor's visit I've had in a long time. Something is seriously off about Dr. Friend and her behavior with me made me feel anxious and disrespected. She wouldn't allow me to share my experience and when I did she told me I was being confrontational and angry. This was a micro-agression and it made me feel very uncomfortable. She also told me I was shut down. From my perspective, none of this was happening and I felt like she was operating from an alternate universe. She also talked a mile a minute and seemed very nervous, as if something was wrong with her. If you want professional bed side manner and respect/ stay away from here!

Personable , customer service oriented, excellent bedside manner! Dr Friend listens to your issues. She helps you realize healthy goals. She always communicates whenever I need assistance!!! I wish I could give more stars!!
