I had Kybella treatment here on my neck. Having broken capillaries laser removed from my face next. Clinicians are always on schedule. Very fast appt times which I love. Office is immaculate and staff is very professional and sweet. Wonderful practice overall, which I’d highly recommend to anyone who is looking to maintain their appearance. I suffer many chronic medical conditions, sleep disorders, and subsequent stress, so these treatments help from the aforementioned factors aesthetically aging me beyond my natural years.

All of the staff at Primera are incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and kind! Highly recommend this location for any dysport needs due to their expertise. They offer a professional process to make sure you achieve the best results pre and post services that are very accommodating!

No one answers the phone during business hours and the voicemail box is full so you’re unable to leave a message. Sent a web inquiry instead and they didn’t even bother to acknowledge that. Going elsewhere as it seems this practice is not interested in gaining new clientele.

I enjoy my visit with Dr Gross’s office. It’s convenient and they don’t keep me waiting, they take pictures every visit so we can track my progress and the staff make my procedures as comfortable and stress free as possible.
