Excellent care. Patient, knowledgeable, caring doctor,
Dr. Zadeh is amazing! She has been my doctor for over 15 years. She always has time to listen and I never feel rushed. She is kind, caring and compassionate. I would recommend her to any of my family and friends. The staff are also kind and considerate, and the office is neat and clean .
Very rude, unprofessional! just simply she is very nervous! When I saw I am not comfortable with her at all because she was very careless with my treatment, I changed her to another Doctor in Sunstate! another day when I went to get my lab report simply she came to the front desk and asked me to change my clinic and new doctor! I was talking to the front desk that what is the better way for communicating your patients! (I worked for 5 starts Hospital for 6 years so I was sharing my experience! Dr. Zade came to the front desk and with very funny situation asked me to leave the clinic ! she said why you talk like this to the front desk! :-))) very unreasonable! and clearly she showed us she couldn't see I have changed her and I prefer her colleague! What a bad culture! I never saw any doctor's behavior like this! SO be careful this is the mather of our health! When a doctor can throw you out of the clinic any time when she wish to...it means patients are nothing for her! I am sorry for Sunstate Associate Center to have her!
I never reviewed Dr. Faride Zade’s patients, which is poor! (~2 out of 5). For the first time in her room, I waited for 45 minutes. She was very nervous and by force, she had a single smile! I thought maybe she had a bad day! So it’s OK! she asked just a few basic questions that she had on the paper and she marked them! Myself, I start telling her about my hand pain! I could not carry anything! I knew something was wrong with my hand’s nerves! Three weeks I had pain very badly! She even didn’t touch my hand just said: “Nothing is wrong it will be OK, maybe you have worked with it a lot I will write a prescription for your pain”! She never sent my prescription to the CVS! I called the Clinic that I am in the CVS pls ask Dr. Zade to send the prescription! They said that day you met her was the last day for her, she went for a vacation for three weeks (I think 3 weeks) After a day I called the Clinic again! They said they could not reach her but they try to ask another doctor to write the prescription for me! Finally, I didn’t get my prescription! I felt very sad and sorry for such a careless Doctore! I had chosen and trusted someone who patient was not important for her! I just kept that bad experience behind me! But a similar story repeated when I went for an annual physical test! Finally, I decided to change her to another doctor who was working there. (Today I came to know because I left her and I continue my visit with Dr. Koruth she was very angry and aggressive!) I said the same story to my new doctor about my pain, he wrote some lab works for me and he referred me, to two specialists, to study more about my problem! Today I was in the Center to get my lab result, the front desk girls said they need to get the result from LabCorp, I need to come back another day. I explained that I am an hour away. So they tried to get it! Usually, when I call the clinic, line direct us to the answer machine so I could not go to the referred doctor’s office and waiting for lab results! Suddenly, unbelievable Dr. Faride Zade came in the middle and she said come in come let me see, what do you want!!!! I just wonder! She was not my doctor anymore! Why without saying hi or having a smile to the patient very very roughly came close to us and took my labs reports me. I told her, I’ve talked to the front desk and now my report is ready. She didn’t give my report and said why you talked to them loudly!!! She tried to find some issue from me ( :-)) it was very funny because we were exchanging different policy that how can be a better way for a patient to have easy communication with the clinic! BUT looks like Dr. Faride Zade was angry from somewhere else or maybe she had fight before in the clinic! Or maybe she was waiting for this moment to fight with me for changing her! Aggressively she said: You should change your center and your physician! She showed anytime she likes can through patient out without any reason! I really got a big shock! I will open a case in State Medical Boards for her unhealthy behavior tomorrow, I didn’t argue with her and I look at the nurse I told her I need my results… Dr. Zade looks like she is throwing those papers to me gave them back, and she said if you don’t leave now I will call Cape! Anyone can believe it!? After 8 hours still, I can not believe a doctor can talk to a patient like this! While I was not her patient any more even! I am sure this doctor has a problem with many patients! I wish all patients feel responsible for other patients to leave their experience as feedback! I don’t like others to get the similar bad experience.
Good dr
I started going to Dr. Zadeh about 3 yrs ago. She was very caring, compassionate, spent time with you and wanted to help. Now the story is totally different. Other than my regular follow up visits for life long issues, I've gone in 3 or 4 times for sinus infections or cold type things. I'm not a hypochondriac, but I do like to nip things in the bud if I think something is wrong. Hey, she's getting paid, that's what she's there for, right? Well anyway, I had some problems over the holidays and they were closed for a week so I went to the ER and then waited for them to get back to follow with my PCP. She came into the room asked me what was wrong, I told her, she then rudely said, you need to go to a specialist and walked out of the room. Well I decided at that point I was not going back, but this week I needed my physical so I decided to give her one more try. Oh lord...even worse! Word of caution...DO NOT ASK HER ABOUT FIBROMYALGIA!!!! She believes it's all in your head and does not exist!!! Okay, no biggie everyone has there opinion. What bothered me most was not the words that she said, but the snotty tone she said them with. After this I confronted her and asked her what happened to the caring person that was there when I first came to her. I said, "Are you fed up with me" and she said "Yes, I'm fed up with you". I then said "I guess I'm going to have to go to another doctor" and she said "Yes, you're going to have to go to another doctor". Wow, I really do not know what I did to upset her. I am overweight and I have been out of work and have gained a little more since I've been out of work, so I really think that she was judging me after I asked her about the Fibromyalgia, because she was okay up until then. I can not go to someone that is going to judge me, because that person is not in my shoes or even around me to know what is going on in my life. It is ashamed too, because the staff is awesome and I really do like all the girls they are great!!!!
I went to see Dr. Zadeh about my nipple retracting into my breast. She saw it, felt a bump, and told me that it was nothing to worry about. I asked her if I could have a referral to get a second opinion. I just knew something was wrong. She told me I didn't need one. I ended going to my gyno about this problem, and when he saw my breast he knew right away something was wrong and referred me to the Mayo Clinic up in Jacksonville. Turns out I had stage 3b breast cancer. If I had listened to Dr. Zedah and would of believed it was nothing to worry about, I would not be here right now.
I have reccommended her to at three people...two of whom have been seen by dr. Zadeh and agree with me...the only thing they say is the wait time could be cut in half...hey paitence is a virtue...especially at hthe doctor's office..at least the waiting room is large, clean and it has ample places to sit...the receptionist(s) is very friendly to! the nurses are cheerful, knowledgeable and willing to pitch in where they can
Best MD I've ever had! Never rushed, knowledgeable, office exceptionally clean and modern. Partners are good too.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
