If I could give zero stars I would. Nasty front desk NO compassionNasty on the second story first floor front desk is so filled with compassion get rid of the second floor

I called to leave a message to Ms Lauren and the front desk Ms Chelsey kept asking me for my dad’s date of birth I couldn’t remember the year and she refused to send the PA a message to call me. She was RUDE COLD HEARTED NO EMPATHY for the PT’s family. She needs to be more caring sympathetic.

Arrived sacred but when Dr Shameem went through his plan and how he was going to tackle this i felt confident i chosen the right specialist and the right place. Great staff very prompt

Went here after leaving hospital there got to see the doctor quickly clean environment good docs

1st it took me a week to make an appointment because they needed time to assign me a doctor..second I had to provide my info more than 3 times because they always had the incorrect address and phone for me then blamed me because they called the wrong number. I been waiting more than an hour and other patients in the waiting area are complaining about the same😒 finding me a new specialist ASAP

The facility feels very clean and the staff is very friendly. My best experience was while my vitals and labs were taken. I dont want to discount how kind compassionate and comforting the majority of the staff was.However I had a very different experience with my doctor. My partner pointed out that she seemed to have a spiel and seemed ruffled whenever we would interrupt with questions. The doctor also spent a disproportionate amount of time making comments about my disability and giving unsolicited advice about an unrelated medical condition. When I asked for a referral of services the doctor told me to speak with the front desk when we spoke with the front desk they informed us that the doctor is actually the one who would have that knowledgewrite out the referral.The visit left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and also unfulfilled. I dont want to hold any ill will toward the center but I think if I ever need future services that Ill be seeking another facility.

My mother is a regular patient at this location. She has been sick with the flu for an entire week. Tonight she came home and told me that she came in today to pay a payment and when she did she became very dizzy. She asked the nurse could she take her blood pressure and when the nurse asked the doctor if she could the Doctor told her no she had to make an appointment for that. FOR A BLOOD PRESSURE My mother ended up driving home dizzy and sick. Not a happy daughter right now.

I wish I could use negative stars. The staff will tell you that wait times will be 1.5 to 2 hours. My insurance was billed for thousands for unnecessary tests and they were trying to schedule more. When I said I was done and just wanted my records they kept trying to pin me into a room. My regular physician told me that they said I was willing to self administer a vitamin shot. That conversation never happened. Terrible experience.

Good staff close to home really good doctor.
