I had a total knee replacement 12/01/2021. All of my questions and concerns were addressed in the office and by phone calls when needed. The surgery scheduler and the staff were responsive and caring. It was a good experience from the initial visit through my 3 months checkup. My surgery was very successful even with a little hiccup from a past ACL surgery on the same knee. After completing all of my PT, Dr. Reed called me a rock star! Would highly recommend his skills along with his PA, Ashley. "Almost" looking forward to having the second one done next year! Follow up: Had my second knee replacement done in December 2022. Excellent results. Pre surgery and Post surgery follow ups were great. Reasonable wait times in office. For questions, It is easy to get hold of someone or get a call back. I would highly recommend Dr. Reed and Ashley for knee replacement surgery.

Hurt my back with lower back pain. I was lucky, Florida Orthopaedic in New Smyrna Beach Fla has walk in service on certain days. Walked in filled out forms waited maybe 30 minutes, was called back for x-rays. Sat for 10 minutes then Dr Hood came in to talk about my pain and diagnosis. I don’t ever remember that seeing a Doctor was so easy and efficient. Very well run and efficient. Thank You I’ll be on the softball field in no time.
