I was referred to Dr. Gandam by far the worst. I arrived 30 minutes early before my 10:00 clock appointment. Only to be seen an hour later. She came in aske where is the pain. Disregard everything else I was saying and telling her. Did a urine test which I know it was good. I have never been to a pain management doctor before. So I’m thinking they’re going to do something the I can walk out feeling positive. She prescribed me some muscle relaxer. Excuse me I don’t want to sleep the pain away I want to be able to work and do normal things until they find a way to fix it. So in the meantime I’m still in pain only to be prescribed something like advil. Really I could have went home and kept my money and take the advil at home. Which does not work. They have you sign papers for pain medication that only a doctor can prescribe. Save your money and time don’t come here it’s a waste. You will leave the same way you came in in pain. It’s like her way or no way is pretty much what she said. If I didn’t except the medication she prescribed then there’s nothing else to do.

I’ve been seeing this physician for awhile now, I’ll be looking for a new one asap. I’ve gone almost 8 years in pain avoiding narcotics and treating my pain with natural remedies. I’ve come to a point where that is no longer possible, this physician could absolutely careless about you!! I’ve never left an office feeling so low and under valued in my life. I have spent almost half my life in healthcare helping others and I reach out to someone for help and support and get the cold shoulder. What goes around comes around, I hope she never finds herself on the other side of things. Do better, be better Doc.

By far the worst doctor I have ever been to... Very rude... Very short..and no patient skills...she said if u had surgery u should no longer be in pain ..i just made her aware i had surgery 20+ years ago...what a joke.. ...Stay far away u from this one ... all other doctors at PRC have been great till this one....Way to hire a real winner PRC !!! ..O my bad...she said PRC was her place...so I guess she was to blame for it...

Very unprofessional, she was very abrupt and rude. Arrived @12:20 for a 1:00 appointment, had to fill out new patient paperwork which was at least 18 pages. This should have been sent via email, due to the amount required. I was not seen by the doctor until 2:12. I just moved to FL, and was seeing an excellent pain doctor in NC. This office was unfriendly and dirty. Beware! I will Not be returning .
