James Shoukas's Online Review Report Card

I called to set an appointment for service and the front desk rudely explained that everyone in the office refuses to wear masks even when face to face privately with patients. They do not care enough to protect patients from airborne viruses like Covid 19, Flu and Bronchitis in a triple pandemic. Its a medical office with staff and a surgeon who refuses to mask up even when requested. RUDE RUDE RUDE

Almost 6 months post op and I still can't believe what I see when I look in the mirror!!! Dr Shoukas is a master of his craft and his hands should be bronzed. From the moment I stepped into the office and was greeted with a sweet frangrance, warm smiles and welcomes by, Robin, Lori and Emily, I knew I found where I needed to be. After debating and procrastinating for YEARS about getting a breast reduction I FINALLY decided it was time. After thorough research and seemingly endless phone calls Dr. Shoukas was the only choice for me. Being this my first surgery of any kind, he walked me through my options and exactly what to expect, and this put me at ease. He genuinely cares for his patients health and peace of mind. Thank you Doc for changing my life!!!!

Doctor Shoukas is a patient caring person. He explains everything, before he does a procedure. There are no surprises…. Since you know ahead what to expect. His office staff are courteous and respectful. I felt very welcomed and comfortable there.

I seriously cannot say enough great things about this facility. Staff is absolutely incredible- Robin, Lori, and Emily are the kindest and most accommodating people I've had the pleasure of interacting with. Dr Shoukas is extremely knowledgeable, he really listens to you and makes you feel comfortable. (which, in my experience, had been hard to get from other physicians for my issue). My procedure went even smoother than I could have imagined, zero issues post-op. It's rare to find a medical facility these days with a kind, caring front/medical staff AND Doctor and Lake Mary Plastic Surgery is most definitely that kind of facility. Thank you all so much!

Dr. Shoukas is so awesome that this was my 2nd surgery with him. He’s compassionate and very considerate of my shyness lol. His staff is also amazing! I highly recommend this great Dr. and his wonderful staff.

Had my Breast Augmentation here, I did a lot of research and felt the most comfortable. I got the best results from Dr.shoukas. I’m absolutely in love with how I look now and definitely look so natural and amazing. 1000/10 recommend coming here! Staff is also so very nice and friendly!

I needed surgery on my neck for melanoma. Dr Shoukas explained the procedure with me on my first office visit. I had surgery a couple of weeks later and I couldn't ask for a better procedure. Everything went so smoothly with basically no pain, I only needed 1 Tylenol the day after the surgery and that was it. I waited for 6 weeks after the surgery to post this to see how I would heal and the healing was great, you can hardly see wear the surgery was and the incision was over 3" long. The office staff and Robin were great. If I ever need this type of surgery again I will definitely go to Dr Shoukas with that said I highly recommend Dr Shoukas.

I am a Botox newbie! Today was my first time getting anything like this done. Dr. Shoukas was excellent. Very informative, I loved that he took a lot of time to explain everything to me before the procedure. I was very comfortable and confident after we talked. I’m excited to see the results! His staff is top notch and they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. 10/10 for my experience.

Dr. Shoukas is hands down the best plastic surgeon in the area. After moving here, several other doctors recommended him and I’m so happy I listened to their advice. Dr. Shoukas is a kind and caring physician who took the time to really explain the procedure and listen to, respond to any questions. My experience was excellent, both with Dr. Shoukas and with his professional and caring office staff, from the diagnosis, to the procedure, to the after care. I highly recommend him.
